Chapter 19: Someone New

Tadashi's POV
I was walking around the fair with my little brother since him and his friends wanted to go with him. So we rode a couple of rides, played a few games and got some cotton candy.
After that, his friends parents came and picked them up, but Hiro wanted to keep walking around.
"Hey Tad, can we go see if there's anyone singing at the karaoke stage?", my little brother Hiro asked me.
"Sure".
We made our way over there and I could hear people singing. I looked at the stage to see four girls up on stage singing. The one girl was drop dead gorgeous. She had caramel colored skin, hair that was black and then dyed lime green, gorgeous brown eyes, she was wearing a lime green tank top, bright blue shorts and black high heel boots.
They just finished singing and walked off stage. They were talking to these girls who didn't look as if they were friends. They walked back on stage and looked like they were gonna sing again. And then I heard her voice.
"We're gonna sing Power by Little Mix", she said. She had the voice of an angel.
"Ok, we have Why Not singing Power".
Third Person POV

Tadashi's POV
Wow, her voice is beautiful. I have to know what her name is.
"Hey, can we know your names please, we love your group", asked the DJ.
Did he just read my mind??
"I'm Elsa", said the platinum blonde.
"Anna", the strawberry blonde girl said.
"I am Rapunzel", said the long haired blonde.
"And I am Naomi", said my mystery girl.
Naomi. What a beautiful name. I had to say something to her. I started walking over to her, but was stopped when two guys blocked Naomi and Elsa from walking any further.
"Hey, you girls are really pretty", said the one guy.
"Umm thank you?", Elsa said nervously.
"You guys single?", the second guy said wrapping his arm around Naomi.
"Uhh no", she stepped away from him uncomfortably.
I felt a twinge of jealousy and anger in my chest.
"Aww, come on, have some fun with us", the first guy said grabbing Elsa's hand.
"Here, me and Naomi will sing a song for you guys, Naomi", Elsa said walking to the stage with Naomi.
They grabbed their mics and whispered a song choice to the DJ.

The guys looked at them and then walked away. Naomi had a smug look on her face, saying mission complete. She walked off stage and joined her group of friends. Elsa, I think, wrapped her arms around a boy's neck. He's probably her boyfriend. I'm glad he didn't see what happened before the song, he probably would've flipped out.
I gathered up my courage and walked over to Naomi and tapped her on the shoulder. She turned with such grace and I hurried up and introduced myself.
"Hi, I saw you onstage and I had to come tell you that, I think your voice is beautiful".
"Thank you, what's your name?".
"Tadashi, Tadashi Hamada".
"Hi, Tadashi, I'm Naomi Morrison".
She introduced me to her friends and her twin sister. She then asked me if I wanted to hang out with them at the fair. I told her that I had to take my little brother home, but I asked if we could hang out together in the future.
"Oh, uh, y-yeah, totally", she said nervously.
We exchanged numbers and I left to take Hiro home. He noticed how happy I was on the car ride home.
"So who is she?".
"What makes you think I met someone?", I asked him curiously.
"You're my big brother, I know you, and I saw you talking to her from a distance, so, what's her name?".
"Naomi, Naomi Morrison".
"And, is she pretty?".
"Angelic", I answered.
"Wow, is this love at first sight for my big bro?", he asked batting his eyes like a girl.
I rolled my eyes and said "I think it is".
Naomi's POV
I got off stage with Elsa, to find those two guys gone. Thank god.
"So, what was that song about you two?", Anna asked.
"Oh these two guys were hitting on us after Power and didn't know what 'No' meant", Elsa answered.
"You know I could have kicked their asses for you babe", Jack said putting his hands on her waist.
"You do realize I could've killed them if I really wanted to", she said wrapping her arms around his neck.
My god, could they be more perfect for each other. Where's my knight in shining armor?
Suddenly, I felt a tap on my shoulder and I came face to face with one of the cutest boys I have ever seen.
I smiled at him and then I heard his voice for that first time.
"Hi, I saw you onstage and I had to come tell you that, I think your voice is beautiful".
I was internally screaming out of joy. "Thank you, what's your name?".
"Tadashi, Tadashi Hamada".
"Hi Tadashi, I'm Naomi Morrison".
I introduced him to everybody and asked if he would like to hang out with us. He said he would like to, but he had to take his little brother home. He did ask me if we could hang out later in the future.
I was slightly shocked by this, but he was really cute.
"Oh, uh, y-yeah, totally". Holy shit, why am I stuttering.
We exchanged numbers and he left to take his brother home.
When I turned around, the girls were beaming with joy.
"Oh my god, Naomi got herself a mans", Anna said bursting with happiness.
"So, when are you going to call him?", Elsa asked me.
"I don't know, I'll probably wait for him, I don't wanna seem thirsty".
We burst out laughing.
We enjoyed the rest of the fair together and we went home. That night, I fell asleep happy, knowing that I had finally found my prince.

Finally!! Naomi has found herself a mans. But will he accept her for what she truly is?? That's the big question. Also, I will update this story. Bye bye for now.
