My dearest Peter,

I suppose this is the best time to write you a letter. I know it's only been a couple days since you left, but to me, that feels like forever. I suppose aging now is new to me. I doubt I will ever get used to being hungry.

I certainly hope you are doing well at school. I mean, the year just started, but I hope the journey was well and the first day wasn't terribly boring. Here it is hopelessly boring. Of course, I'm doing things around the manor, taking over for the dear old Mrs. Macready who, I am happy to say, is now Mrs. Arwin. I'd love to tell you it was a beautiful wedding, but I wasn't invited, unsurprisingly.

Anyway, things have been boring without you and your siblings. The house is very quiet and when I'm not showing the manor to people, or cleaning, I'm not quite sure what to do with myself. Let's say that I have really brushed up on my anceint history and Latin. I suppose I'll have to write you a letter in Latin or Greek that you might have to translate. Wouldn't that be fun? Perhaps it will hold some dark secret that only I know.

Well, I should probably let you off. I want you to focus on your studies, but feel free to write me back. Hope to see you soon!

From the top of the library shelf,

Tuesday Prince
