Lois waited silently by Scott's side as Matt locked her father and his mother in the holding cell next to the sheriff, her lips pursed, desperate to help him stop the bleeding even if he didn't need it.
Scott would heal, but their parents didn't know that.
"Please—" Melissa pleaded the boy desperately, tucked under Matthew's arm, "—he needs to see a doctor!"
"You think so?"
Stilinski yanked away from the wall, trying to get to the boy with his restraints still pulling him back. He jabbed a finger at Matt and his face turned red while Lois' father held the woman to his chest in hopes of calming her, "Hey, hey! You listen to me—!"
"It's alright," Scott told her, "I'm okay."
"No, honey— you're not okay." She responded sadly, shaking her head slowly. Tears blurred her vision and she willed herself not to cry again, but this was her son. Her pride and joy, everything that she lived for. Her child meant more to her than anything, and both Noah and Matthew could relate to that; their kids were the things that kept them sane, even when they drove them insane.
Scott continued to soothe her, "It doesn't hurt, mom."
"Because that's the adrenaline, okay?" Melissa sighed and moved away from Lois' father to Matt, "Please, let me— just let me just take a look at him? I mean, I can help stop the bleeding—"
