Many are applauding detective Sandra Brown for what took place today. What could have been a deadly car accident a year ago was swept under the rug by the police department and the district attorney office. Two women that go by Vanessa and Savannah suffered major injuries after being rare ended by a truck. It's a miracle both women are still alive. Sandra Brown who was one of the main investigators kept the case open and it was found out today that Cheri Lincoln was charged with two counts of attempted manslaughter, the truck driving company is also being sued for one of the employees knowing about the accident and that their truck was involved. So far we are up to twenty arrest within the police department and attorney office that was part of the cover up. On a different charge Cheryl Lincoln was arrested as well and she is suing the police department and attorney office for harassment after being considered a suspect for over a year. We now have Sandra Brown here to speak

Sandra: I have a lot of people thinking I only did this because I knew the victims but it's much more than that. Two women nearly died and are still suffering a year later. Two women almost left behind a family and spouses and it didn't have to go that far. The motive behind the incident was stupid and childish. A young women was going to spend years in prison for a crime she did not commit or had knowledge of. An no one thought about the two women sitting at home suffering. Being a district attorney, a cop, lawyer or whatever doesn't give you the right to commit a crime and sweep it under the rug. What if two women died and the young girl spent the rest of her life in jail for something she didn't do. People need to stop letting hurt, pain, and hatred be motivation into making a stupid irrational decision. Because that hurt you feel will go away eventually then your going to feel bad after what you done. My actions would have been the same no matter who it was. I hope this is a lesson learned for everyone, stop making permanent choices for a temporary feeling because you are going to look back later and say "what have I done"

Okay everyone we just heard from Sandra Brown and I just got word that Cheri Lincoln is being held without bail and anyone involved will be arrested, the charges for Cheryl Lincoln are still pending and that's all for this news story
