Unmasked/Mystogan

Y/N P.O.V
I sigh bored out of my mind waiting for any sign mystogan would be returning but to no avail, I've known him for a long time and I had a crush on him now this time I plan to make him pay for what he did to me
" here you go Y/N" Mirajane says handing me my food and as I start to eat I notice everyone falls asleep except me and the master I sigh and pick up my drink as the bastard walks through the door I swing on my chair and stand
" can you at least be more careful with Mira she is pregnant" I mutter before looking down at my drink then Mystogan
" and this" I throw my drink all over him
" is for being an asshole and leaving after what I said" I snap walking away as Mystogan stares after me
I huff as I walk home and shove my door to my room shut and lean against it before tears stared streaming down my face as a flash back occurs
Flashback
" h..hey Mystogan can we talk" I look at the bluenette he nods and we step into my bedroom
" whats up" he asks leaning against my door
" I ummm have been thinking about this for a while and I finally gathered the courage to tell you....I like you a lot and I can't hide my feelings not anymore" I say shaking I wait for a reply but when I look up he was gone without a word I spill my heart out and he leaves
Flashback ends
He left me all alone in my depressed thoughts about what could I have done wrong. A soft knock on my window catches my attention I look up and find an unmasked Mystogan holding a bouquet of red roses and had a sad look on his face. I wipe my eyes and stand before opening my door and slamming it shut but of course that never stopped him at all
" Y/N I'm sorry I should have left" he says softly
" you could have at least told me you didn't like me back" I say tears now flowing non stop
" or said you needed time to think but no you left" I whirl around to face him
" left me in a state of depression" I yank up my sleeves revealing the faded scars
" this was the only way I could deal with the pain of you just leaving" I say crashing to the floor as he stood there in shook
" you have been gone for almost a year and thinking you could just show up with roses I'd forgive you" I say standing with what ever strength I could muster
" your wrong you broke my heart and there's no fixing it" I say looking up only to be face to face with mystogan I blink trying to rake a step back but his arm wraps around my waist and his other hand tilts my head up as he presses his lips agaisnt mine, I stood there in complete shock and when he pulled back I slapped him fair across the face as hard as I could, I then formed fists and pounded his chest as hard as I could
" you can't just show up like nothing wrong you...you can't" I cry tears falling like an endless waterfall and I sink to the ground he follows as I weakly continue to hit him he takes the abuse without a word
" say something you jerk please say something" I say whimpering
" I love you, I have always loved you Y/N the reason I disappeared was because I was a coward I ran  because I didn't think I could ever have a chance with you because I can't give you why you want" he says pulling me into his chest as I cried
" I spent months thinking you rejected me that I wasn't good enough for you" I say as he picks me up bridal style and carries me back to my room
" your more perfect than I deserve Y/N it is I who doesn't deserve you" he puts me on the bed then gets on his knees in front of me grabbing my hand and looking at me the faint glitter of tears coating his eyes as he wipes mine away
" your a strong independent woman who fights for what she believes in and also has quite a temper but that's what makes you up as a human, your intelligent and gorgeous more than I could ask for" I blink at him as a blush coats my cheeks and I could see the faintest of pink on his cheeks as well
" bastard" I say prsssifn my forehead against his
" I'm not forgiving you that easy your going to have to work my trust back" I say looking at him
" anything for you" he replies I smile as I tell him what he needs to do
2 weeks later
For the past two weeks Mystogan has been leaving little notes and flowers around and buys me cupcakes and chocolate but today he did something completely unexpected something I wouldn't force him to do
He strolled through the fairy tail guild doors unmasked in normal clothing and headed straight for me with a smile
" what are you doing" I ask as he stands in front of me
" greeting my girlfriend with some lunch" he says pressing a kiss to my lips in front of everyone, the entire guild just watched as the most mysterious wirzard of fairy tail kissed a lower class wizard without shame
" I got you a triple cheeseburger with fries enjoy" he says placing the bag on the bar and walking out, I sat there confused and shocked he was willing to go as far as revealing himself to everyone just to earn my trust back
" well I think you can trust the boy now child" Master Makarov says from atop the bar everyone watched to see what I would do next I turn to Makarov
" you knew" I say he raised an eyebrow
" you knew that he was going to come here revealing himself to everyone just to prove he loved me" I say tears forming
" I did child and I suggest looking inside the bag" I grab the food bag and pull out the food before taking another look inside I gasp as I drop the bag and crash to the floor in tears Mira runs around to see what was inside pulling out the rose gold diamond ring
