Painted me into a corner
Press my back against a wall
Midnight the only thing that hides me
As your words sting and cut through me
Turning my heart black and blue
As I drowned in the thoughts of you
Yesterday is over
My books have been torn from the self
Words scribbled on paper
Scattered across the room
“Nobody is going to cry on the very day you wither and die”
A faded memory
Like acid upon your lips
You kiss away my last breath
Sucking out the life I have left
You quest for your luck you once held
But I’m not the only one that can see through your lies
The dangle like two dollar charms from your arms
Catching everyone’s eye
Now I sway is the darkness
Dancing with the reapers crow
That had flown under the rainbow
Lost in your agony
As you haunting words serenade me
Your evil devours me
“Nobody is going to cry on the very day you wither and die”
The dark consumes me
