They opened the door and Bucky stepped through, followed by Steve and the door sealed behind them.

You quickly stood up and backed away to the wall pushing one hand out in front of you, ready to make a force  field.

"Hey, we're not going to hurt you" Steve said

You didn't reply, you just eyed them wearily

"Look I know you don't like being cooped up, but i promise it's for your own good, we're trying to help you" Bucky said

Still you remained silent, weighing your options

"Look we are just here to tell you a little bit about yourself" Steve said and you looked at him curiously

"So, your name is y/n Barns" he began "your body is technically 19, this is your brother Bucky" Steve pointed to Bucky and you turned your head to him

He smiled at you but you could see he was sad

"Why are you sad?" You asked him

He looked at you, shocked before replying "you can't remember me" he said

You looked at him

"Steve, could you just give us a minute?" Bucky asked looking to Steve

"Sure"  Steve said, he smiled at you and walked through the door that sealed behind him 

"Y/n I know it's hard to believe, I know, trust me. I know nothing makes sense. But you have to believe me, I am your brother" he looked at you pleadingly

"I have no family" you said in a monotone voice

"You do though, HYDRA has taken them away from you" he said as tears started to pour down his face

"No" you said in a confused voice

"I'm so sorry y/n" he said

"No" you said again "your lying"

"I'm not, I swear to you" he said

"No i- I serve in the name of HYDRA" you said but you didn't sound very sure

"I know it's hard to believe but HYDRA is evil, you can't trust them"

"And what? I should trust you?!"       You Yelled, anger burned inside of you, nothing was making any sense, you   just needed to get back to base, they would explain everything! you turned around and started furiously punching the wall

"Y/n stop it you'll hurt yourself" Bucky said coming towards you

You didn't reply you just kept on throwing punch after punch

"Your 12th birthday party?" Bucky said "you and me tried to make a cake but it burnt so badly it looked like a rock" he laughed through tears and your punches began to slow

"During the winter you and me would sit by the fire and read until you fell asleep, then I would carry you to your room" he wiped his face

"One night you, me and Steve snuck out to go to the movies and when we got back mum was so pissed off with us. You were a nurse, and when you got back from work we would all go to the pub and play cards, do you remember? And I was so awful so I always went in a team with you." You stopped punching but you didn't turn around

"And- and us three would sit on top of out apartment building and watch the stars, and you always tried to make funny shapes out of them" he sobbed and you turned to face him

"And when we would get drenched in the rain you would take out arms and skip and laugh and-" he cut off and put his head in his hands

Your brother, he- he was your brother! Suddenly everything clicked into place and you looked at the sobbing mess of a man in front of you,

"Bucky stop it, you'll work yourself into a fit" you said and he looked up at you

"Y/n?" He asked

You ran at him and tackled him in a huge hug that probably restricted his breathing a fair bit but you didn't care  - he was your brother

"Oh my god" he said through tears

You let go and looked up at him

"You sir, need a hair cut"
