Can the words speak for themselves
Without your voice?
Can they come alive
Without your emphasis, tone and pause?
Can they set shivers down our spine
Without the change in your volume?
Can they invoke emotions
Without the tremor in your speak?
If they can, just by being on paper
That's the kind of poetry I respect.
