I heard the door unclick and I rushed towards it, grinning.. waiting to hear all about Tristan's family.

I held my arms out welcoming, but Miyah just walked straight past me, towards the stairs.

"Miyah?" I called.

She faced me, her face slightly puffy, looking as though she had been crying.

"How was Tristan's?" I asked, curiously.

"It was great." She forced a smile.

I raised an eyebrow, questioning her. "You sure?"

She nodded. "I'm going to bed, I'm tired."

She walked off from me, quickly up the stairs. I turned towards Dallas who was stood by the door, looking concerned.

"Whats wrong with Miyah?"

Dallas stood, twiddling her thumbs; "Uurr, I don't know." She mumbled.

"Really Dal? Come on, if she's told you, you've got to tell me."

"You should speak to her, I don't know." Dallas left the room.

I stood still. Something happened, I know it has. Has he dumped her? Did his family hate her? No noone could possibly hate Miyah, she's so likeable. So many questions, so little answers.

I walked back into the living room, everyone had gone to bed and left me and Wilmer downstairs. He was sat on the couch, his arm up over the back, topless, waiting for me, I walked back over towards him and snuggled myself into his chest, pulling his arm over me.

"What happened out there?" Wilmer asked.

"I don't know." I sighed. "Miyah looked sad when she came home, she won't tell me what's up but I'm sure Dal has an idea; yet she won't tell me either, Dallas has no right to keep things from me about my own."

"Maybe Dallas promised Miyah; to not tell you? If Dallas told you she would loose Dallas' trust, which is something is hard to earn." Wilmer explained.

"Maybe; I'm gunna take Miyah out tomorrow; just me and her and try to talk." I smiled.

"I love you Demi." Wilmer kissed me.

"I love you too." I returned the kiss.

"Come on!         Shoes on Miyah!"  I called up the stairs.

She plodded down the stairs, pulling her zipper up on her jacket. I grabbed her hand and pulled her outside into the crisp, winter morning air.

It was 11am, I'd dragged Miyah out, telling her today was a m&d day, full of girly fun. We hopped into the car and I drove us into town, we started off by going to the nail salon to get acrylics. - I chose to have black ones with a few diamond studs on, whilst Miyah went for the plain white tip ones. After we had out nails done we went to the buttercup Cafe. We took a window seat at the back and waited to be served. A waitress walked over with her pen and notepad-

"What can I get you girls?" She asked.

I looked back down at the menu. "Two extra large chocolate milkshakes and two cheese and ham paninis please." I smiled.

She wrote it down on her notepad and dissapeared into the kitchen.

"You gunna tell me more about Tristan's family then?" I smiled.

She gulped; "They're great, his parents both said how they've heard a lot about me and what a pleasure it was to finally meet me."

"Does he have any siblings?" I said.

"Yeah, two. One older, one younger sister." Miyah replied.

Before I could ask anymore our food was brought out to us. The waitress carried two trays, our milkshake was topped with whipped cream; our paninis came with a side salad.

As the waitress laid down our plates; I nodded a thankyou to her.

It was great to actually see Miyah look more comfortable with eating again, finally it wasn't a struggle. Since she met Tristan her health has improved rapidly. Although she still hasn't gone to see her therapist. Which I will be dragging her too once Mom and everyone has gone home; she really has gotten a lot better.
