𝘽𝘼𝙄𝙇𝙀𝙔𝘿𝘼𝙄𝙒𝘼𝙎𝙉'𝙏sure what to expect when she moved into a new town, let alone what the students of Iridium High would be like. But according to her parents and their pending knowledge of the small town, it was a normal place with normal people. And, to Bailey's dismay, her parents were right— the neighbors were inviting, and no one seemed to get enough of helping out the new girl at school.
But things didn't always stay that way. Soon after settling into her new home, Bailey is introduced to the world of witches, wizards, kanays, and a magical council that didn't approve of her curious presence. Growing comfortable in the new place became the least of her problems as she slowly fell for Jax Novoa, and was given an ultimatum by the council.
And upon learning about all of the secrets that had been buried away, Bailey is left wondering if she'd want to stay with these new people after all, or go back to living the way she was always supposed to; a human life without the corruption of magic.
