Violet, Alena and Will weren't expecting to find an entire army surrounding the small town past the border.
Said army didn't seem to be paying any attention to them as they approached, though, so they just went through the camp and to Charles and Jackson's house.
Violet didn't bother to knock.
"Guys, open up! Your favourite person in the entire world is here!", she called. Alena giggled and Will suppressed a chuckle by shaking his head in mock disappointment.
The door opened and Jackson looked at her with confusion etched across his face.
"You're the third person we see today that we didn't expect to see.", he said immediately.
"You need to work on your welcomes.", she shook her head. "Wait, who else came here?"
"You'd better come in for this one. Besides, Charles is going to want to see you."
"You still need to work on your welcomes. I am your favourite person in the entire world, after all.", she smirked.
"Come here...", he pulled her into a tight hug.
"That's more like it, Jackie.", she laughed, hugging him back. "So, let me introduce you. Guys, this is Jackson. Jackson, this is my friend Will and that's my girlfriend Alena."
"Did I just hear V just say she got herself a girlfriend?!" Charles' voice boomed from inside the house.
"Like I said, you might want to come in..." Jackson repeated, leading ever ione into the house.
After the proper introductions and hellos, Jackson and Charles explained to Violet, Will and Alena that Crystal and Scott had visited earlier with a friend of theirs whose name was Alex, and who also happened to be Crystal's cousin.
"Wait, Crystal and Scott are here?! Like in this town? Together?", Violet shot out of the couch.
"Yep, and they have quite a story to tell.", Charles grimaced.
"Are they a couple yet?", she asked him.
"Still unclear.", Jackson shook his head.
"Dammit.", she muttered under her breath. "I know I'm a terrible person for asking this, but could you take us to them?"
"You're not a terrible person and your motives are completely understandable, but we don't really know where they're staying. We could help you ask around, though.", Charles suggested.
"Are you guys in?", Violet asked Alena and Will.
"I'd love to see what the shipping is all about.", Alena shrugged.
"What she said.", Will agreed.
"You just agreed on another thing.", Violet smirked.
Alena pinched the bridge of her nose in disappointment and closed her eyes, trying to calm herself. "I hate you for agreeing with me.", she told Will after a couple of silent seconds.
"Thanks, Nyx. I love you too.", he rolled his eyes.
"Are we going or what? I've got questions.", Violet asked them, growing impatient.
"Someone misses Meadows and Harrow a lot...", Jackson smirked.
"Don't make me wipe that smirk off your face the hard way, Jackie.", Violet glared at him.
"Damn, Lou! You can't even take a joke anymore!"
"I've got my reasons."
"Guys, come on. Don't fight, we haven't met in quite some time. Let's just go find Scott and Crystal.", Charles tried to calm things down.
