" What's wrong? " Shinoa asked but Yuu shook his head.
" Nothing. I just thought that it was kinda cloudy today. " Yuu said.
" Yes. A perfect day to attack. " Shinoa said as Guren told them to get ready.
Present
" Hmm... " Guren hummed as he used his monocular and zoomed into the area where the hostages were with vampires guarding the area, " What to do? They definitely plan on ambushing us. "
" But we're going right? " Yuu asked, " We're going to save the hostages, right? "
" Why go in when we know it's a trap? " Narumi argued.
" Then what are we going to do?! " Yuu retorted.
" Let's see...We'll snipe from here and see how they will react. We have three targets, Crowley Eusford, Chess Belle and Horn Skuld. However, according to intel, there may or may not be a fourth unknown vampire there with them as one was spotted walking in. If the enemy is stronger than us, we're abandoning the hostages. " Guren declared.
" What?! Abandon them?! There's no way that I can do that! " Yuu protested.
" Yuu, calm down. " Shinoa placed a hand on his shoulder, " Lieutenant, what is our main priority for this mission? "
" To maintain the current number of soldiers we have. Then, saving and freeing the hostages. We won't fight if we know we are going to die. " Guren replied.
Yuu bit his lip.
" So, there's already another mission waiting for us after this? " Narumi asked.
" Our job is to keep the vampires in Nagoya for as long as we can, and stall for time so that the Shibuya main unit has more than enough time to get ready. "
" The Shibuya main unit is on the move? " Narumi asked in disbelief.
