Mario: Great idea! Let’s have a good ol’ Mario Kart tournament! But, which cup should we do?
Daisy: How about the Flower Cup?
Luigi: Umm, let’s try the Banana Cup instead! I wanna see the new renovations they’ve done to some of our old favorites.
Donkey Kong: BANANAS!!! *unleashes a happy wrath of the Kongs*
Toadette: Yes! Let’s get ready.
Yoshi: Banana Cup. Wait... Banana in cup?
*an hour later*
Lakitu: Our first race in the Banana Cup is in GCN Dry Dry Desert!
Mario: Mamma mia, this place looks very improved!
Lakitu: The twelve racers in starting order are Toadette, Donkey Kong, Mario, Rosalina, Yoshi, Wario, Luigi, Daisy, Peach, Waluigi, Bowser, and Toad.
Toadette: I’ll surely win this one since I’m starting at the very front!
Lakitu: 3…
Daisy: I’m definitely gonna win this race!
Lakitu: 2…
Toad: It’s so hot here.
Lakitu: 1…
Yoshi: Me hungryyy!
Lakitu: GO!!!
Peach: Yes! My timing was perfect!
Lakitu: Everyone started off fine, except for Wario.
Wario: Hey, don’t rub it in!!!
Toad: WHY YOU LITTLE…
Lakitu: Toadette has bumped Toad, causing him to come into contact with a Pokey!
Toadette: Whoopee!!!
Waluigi: Watch out, Toad!
Toad: No, not again!
Lakitu: Waluigi got triple green shells and aimed one perfectly at Toad! Waluigi is now in ninth place, while Toad is in eleventh. Wario is still in twelfth, but he’s catching up to Toad!
Wario: I GOT A BULLET BILL!
Lakitu: Now, Wario is in sixth. Meanwhile, Donkey Kong is in first. And he just got…
Donkey Kong: TRIPLE BANANAS!!!
Peach: Ahh!
Lakitu: Peach has spun out because of one of the bananas that Donkey Kong tossed behind him. Peach is now in the quicksand area.
Rosalina: Yes, I’m second!
Lakitu: Peach has managed to escape the quicksand, however she is now third. Rosalina is in second place instead.
Yoshi: Wheeee!
Lakitu: Yoshi has received a Golden Mushroom and has used it to his advantage. He has gone from eighth to fourth. And Donkey Kong, who is still in first, has just finished his first lap.
*at the end of the race*
Lakitu: Daisy has just crossed the finish line, taking eleventh place. Sorry Mario, but you can’t finish the race.
