Some Time With Maegan

I soon got back home. I entered my house and saw Yuri reading in the living room while my sister was watching TV. Yuri looked at me as I entered, but I just ignored her. I headed to the guest room and lied on the bed to take a small nap, since there wasn't really much else to do.

By the time I woke up from my "small" nap, it was already night time. I checked my phone and saw that it was already eleven. Yuri was sitting next to me, as if she was waiting for me to wake up. As I sat up next to her, she looked at me and smiled.

"Oh, you're awake."

"Yeah." I stretched. "What are you a still doing awake? Aren't you tired?"

She yawned as I spoke to her. "Well, I do feel a little tired. I was hoping you'd wake up soon so that we could sleep together."

I chuckled. "What? Come on Yuri, I was asleep all day, you can't really expect me to wanna sleep again. I'm gonna go watch TV or something, don't wait up."

"Oh... well okay."

I got up and headed towards the door. "See ya."

"Goodnight, Danny."

She headed lied herself down while I headed to the living room to watch TV. After maybe about an hour, I got a text. It was from Maegan.

"Hey Danny, you wanna hang out?"

"What? It's midnight... are you sure you wanna hang out now?"

"Yeah! Just like old times!"

During our sophomore year, Maegan and I would sometimes sneak out at night and hang out. It was actually pretty nice and peaceful. And well, I had a huge crush on her at the time, so I especially enjoyed the time that we spent alone together.

"Alright, you wanna meet up in the same spot?"

"Yeah. Text me when you're ready."

I headed to the restroom to brush my teeth and fix my hair. After I was done, I texted Maegan letting her know that I was ready to meet up with her. When I sent the message I headed to our spot, which was really just the corner of the block. There was a nice place to sit though.

I sat at the spot and waited for Maegan. She came about a minute later.

"Hey Danny."

"Hey Maegan."

She took a seat next to me. "What's up? How have you been?"

"I've been alright. How about you?"

"I've been alright too."

"Ah that's good."

"Yeah... do you have any plans for the summer?"

"Nope."

"Oh, well that's fine. I think I'm just gonna spend most of my summer at home."

"Oh well, that's cool I guess."

She sighed. "Yup."

"So uh... I noticed you've been wanting to hang out more." I forced out a laugh. "Am I your go to for when you're bored?"

She giggled. "I guess you could say that."

"Ah, pos, I guess. I'd honestly say the same for you."

"Really? Then you must have an exciting life... you never call me!"

"Well I got a lot of shit going on at the moment. Especially with Yuri... she just complicates things."

"It's alright, I understand. I didn't mean to offend you, I'm sorry."
