"ZUKA ZAMA!" Yells Bunga as he splashes into the water.
"Bunga!" Fuli shouts, shaking her head dry from water.
"That looks like fun. Twinde Kiboco!" Cheers Beshte as he jumps into the water, making an even bigger splash that makes Fuli and Kion soaking wet.
"Beshte! Watch it!" Fuli snaps.
"Might as well go in for a swim. We're soaking wet." Smiles Kion.
"Ok! That's enough water for me! I'm going hunting." She yells.
Fuli shakes herself dry and leaves the lair.
"Good luck." Smiles Kion.
Fuli nods and runs off.
"So how have you and Fuli been?" Asks Bunga.
Bunga has been pestering Kion with questions about their relationship for a while now and he would always get on Kion's nerves.
"Just remembered. I wanted to talk to my dad about something, so gotta go, bye!"
Kion runs out of the lair as fast as he can. Beshte and Ono give Bunga a look.
"What? Oh come on. You know you guys want to know what's going on. They're so cute together." Says Bunga, defending himself.
Outside the lair, Kion heard what Bunga said and couldn't help but laugh a little. He didn't like it when the others wanted to get caught up in his business but he couldn't help but feel proud to have an amazing girlfriend. Kion couldn't help but find it funny when Bunga said that he and Fuli were cute. Kion rolls his eyes and goes for a walk. He didn't need to talk to his dad but he didn't want to tell Bunga anything.

With Fuli
'Thank the great kings that I'm out there!' She thought. 'But Bunga will probably start asking questions now. I love it when Kion tries to get away from the centre of attention, but it was probably my fault for leaving him.'

Fuli spots a herd of gazelles grazing and crouches down. She stalks them, taking one step at a time. A smile grows on her face but then her eyes lie on someone else stalking the gazelles, a leopard. Fuli recognised the leopard instantly.
"Makucha!" She yells, scaring away the heard.
"Ugh, Fuli." Makucha says with disgust. "Are your little friends with you?"
"No, but I can handle you." Fuli challenges, getting into attack position with her neck fur rising.
"Ah, good. You're all alone. I was hoping to talk to you after I got a little snack."
"What do you want, Makucha?"
"You and Kion are a thing, am I correct?"
Fuli doesn't say anything. She stares at Makucha while growling.
Makucha smiles. "It seems I heard correctly. How long?"
"A while now." She answers.
Makucha starts walking in circles around her. "Hmm. Have you two fought? Is there anyone else?"
"Why would you want to know?" Fuli snaps, unsheathing her claws.
"You're right, I don't." He laughs.
"Enough of this! What are you playing at?" Fuli demands.
Makucha keeps circling. "To catch you off guard."

Makucha stops circling and stands behind her

Makucha stops circling and stands behind her. Before Fuli could react, Makucha grabs her by the scuff and tosses her aside. She lands hard against the ground but stands back up onto her feet. Makucha back paws her in the face and scratches her lion guard mark, drawing blood. Fuli stumbles back and places a paw over the mark.
"Help." She whispers.
The mark beneath her paw starts to glow yellow. Fuli doesn't see the glow because Makucha knocks her out.
"I thought you'd put up more of a fight." He mocks.
He grabs her by the scuff and drags her to the Outlands.
