dear mom,

cedric eventually stayed over,

and slept in the bed next with me.

he told me it would be better this way,

since he knows what will happen,

after seeing something so traumatic.

sure,

i was curious to know what he meant.

but i was too scared to ask,

so i ended up sleeping,

for the first time in awhile.
