(A/n: What do you guys think of this so far? Honestly this book is going to end in mystery and i hate to say it but, this might be the last chapter for book 1 of Dream Catcher, but do not fear book 2 will come out if I decide to end this one.)

The ride over to Patrick's house was silent.

Victor and Patrick found themselves searching through the box that was now seated in the between them in the empty seat.

"So, find anything yet?" Belch askes as he breaks the tensed aura in his car between his friends. "Yeah." muttered out Patrick, not looking up from the document in his hand.

"Get this guys;" says Victor, "Apparently Mrs. (L/n) was in love with some dude named Bill, he apparently worked in a traveling circus.

"We whoever this Bill guy is, could it be possible he's (y/n) real father?" Belch questions turning his head around real quick before back towards the road.

"Possibly." answers Patrick.

"We're here." announced Blech as he pullled up in front of Patrick's house.

All of them, one by one, got or hopped out the car and their from their seats. Patrick walked up towards his front door getting his key out, Henry, Victor, and Belch stood behind him.

Once the door was unlocked one by one all of the boys filed into Patrick's hallway.

Walking throughout the house with the boys following behind him Patrick peaked his head into the living room and kitchen only to find both completely and utterly empty ans abandoned.

"Note on the fridge says, "Went out of town to clear our heads for a while, be back in a week. Take care of the house Patrick. Xoxo Mom and Dad!" Henry reads the note before sticking it back on the fridge.

Now making his way down the hallways which has the dooe which leads towards the basement Patrick grabbed the key from his pocket and unlocked it.

"Wait, is she, you know;" Victor says nodding his head down at the dark staircase, "Is she what?" says Patrick.

"Is she really down there?" Victor questions.

A sly smirk creeped onto Patrick's face as he leaned against the door way for a split second before walking down the stair case flickering the light on, "Only one way to find out."
