Explaining and Notes

Emma's Pov:

Great now I have to go home and explain to my parents what happened but how was I going to do it?

"Want a ride?" Jack asked me interrupting my thoughts.

Was he really that stupid to ask me for a ride I just came out of the hospital because of him and I'm more scared of him now.

"No thanks I don't want to be beat up again" I said

"I'm not going to beat you up I love you" he said

"Really you do love me because if I loved somebody I wouldn't beat them up and the only reason why you are being nice to me is because I came out of the hospital" I said nearly screaming

So instead of walking I was running to my house. I shouldn't have been running since I just got out of the hospital but I finally reached my house.

"Hey honey how was school" my mom asked

"Great I'm just going to take a quick shower" I said

"Ok but hurry we need to talk about something" my dad said

I ran up the stairs and to my room and straight to the bathroom.

I started to strip down my clothes when there was a knock on my bedroom window.

I wrapped myself in my robe and walked outside the bathroom when I got close to the window I see flowers and an envelope and it read

From Jack

I know you're mad but please read the letter

I threw the letter on a shelf on my desk and went back to the bathroom and continued with my shower.

After I got out of the shower I grabbed some concealer and put it over my bruised eye and it made it look better.

I walked out of the bathroom and got dressed and walked outside my room and to my parents because they wanted to talk

When I walked down the stairs out of all people I wanted to see I saw Jack.

"What is he doing here?" I asked

"He wanted to talk to you" my mom said

"Well I don't" I said

"But I thought you guys are bestfriends" My dad said

"Well we haven't been friends since the 6th grade so you thought wrong" I said

I was pissed off why would they let Jack in my house I stormed up the stair and to my bedroom and laid in bed.

I looked over at the flowers and the notes and I was curious about what that note said but I knew for a fact that I was never going to open it.

~•~Next Day~•~

I woke up scared to death because I knew I had to go back to school.

I got up from my bed and noticed the note sitting on my shelf with the flowers.

I ignored it and got up from my bed and got dressed.

I walked down the stairs and got a bowl of life and poured Apple Jacks. And I ate very slowly.

"Why are you up?" My mom asked

"Because I have school" I said

"Oh don't worry about school you can stay home" She said

"Are you serious?!?" I asked surprised

"Yea go back to sleep" She said

I ran up the stairs took off what I was wearing and put on my pjs.

I walked into the bathroom and the flowers were there. I was really confused weren't they on my shelf next to the note.

I grabbed a rose from the bouquet and pedal by pedal I said does he love me does he love me not.

At the end I finished with he loves me.
I just ignored it. I walked out of my bathroom and noticed the note on my bed.

Should I open it? I was curious of what it said inside

No Emma no snap out of it I thought to myself I grabbed the note and placed it on my night stand and catch up on sleep.
