As i walked over to him leaning against his car he put his cigar out and smiled at me. I returned the smile genuinely and gave him a hug.
"Thank you for waiting for me you could've given me the address to meet you i have a car" i walked around to his passenger side
"Nah that would limit the time i get to talk to you. Let me get the door for you"
"Thank you." He jogged about around to his side
"So where to"
"You the one with the plan Chadron i thought you had some place in mind"
"Say no more then lady" he drove off to our destination the silence was comfortable with the low music playing in the background he caressed my thigh softly while nodding his had to Joe playing
"What you looking at "
"Sorry didn't realize i was staring"
"No it's fine just thought something was on my face"
"No look good to me...... what you know about joe"
"A lot i love me some real R&B sets the mood"
"And what mood is that?" I cocked my head to the side making him chuckle to himself

"Oh i forgot you play for the....." i dragged out to let him finish me
"Falcons. You didn't recognize me?"

"No apology that's a good thing makes this even more natural come on we here" we got out and he held my hand

"No it's perfect come on" He lead us in and we got seat

"Look if you here to make me feel like a hoe then you can take me back" i snapped standing up

"That's not where i was heading with the conversation i was getting to know you trust me my past ain't a sight either." I sat back down slowly looking around to see if i caused any attention the waiter Came and took our order he told me what was the best to get
"I hope this food is good i been craving some ribs the past few days"
"I promise Matt leaves no one disappointed." I nodded drinking my drink i looked up to see him staring at me

"Someone beautiful" i looked down knowing my face was flushed red

"At one point in my life i wasn't i thought i was gonna settle down with one girl but she up and left me with her dope boy and never looked back since then i just been going with the flow"
"I'm sorry to hear that it's her lost" i winked at him
"Thank you. what about you single?"
"No actually i just got myself in a situation" i sipped my drink
"Situation Huh?" I nodded
"Not a relationship?"
"They seemed to never work for me but I'm trying now i feel like i need to open up i become so defense so fast when it come to men"
"I understand I'm the same why. Hard to trust. But let me ask you this..... does your situation know where you at?"
"No."
"Hmm don't have ole boy popping up at my events asking why his girl was out with me " he chuckled
"Trust me he ain't stupid and i gotcha " i laughed the food came and we ate
"Chad this is bomb remind me of when my parents use to cook for me when i was young"
" damn ma you saying that like They don't cook no more?" He laughed
"They died in a plane crash when i was 17" i continued to eat he stopped and looked at me
"Ang I'm so sorry i didn't know-"
"It's fine it doesn't bother me anymore" i downed my drink fast signaling the waiter to bring another
"You sure you okay your whole demeanor changed I'm truly sorry for laughing"
"I SAID IT'S OKAY" i looked at him fiercely he raised his hands in the air
"Cool on to the next topic where you say you finished school at"
"Clark. Business major I'm finishing up a few more classes for my bachelors in the spring online"

As the night went on i dranked and laughed more and more.

Chadron pov

"Ok be careful Angela slow down you and these damn heels gonna cause us both to fall"
"Oh my I'm so clumsy I'm sorry Chaddy" she giggled smirking at me i shook my head closing her door and walking over to mine
"Where to now"
"My place you can't drive back to yours"
"I can drive!" She shouted
"No you can't I'm not gonna let you i have plenty of room at my house-"
"Your just trying to fuck me that's why you wanted me huh. So i could be your slut for the night" she slurred her words
"Angela your drunk. And no i told you I'm not one of those guys"
"You do this a lot don't you" i looked over at her to see her staring at me i shook my head
"I'll beat your ass if you try something you hear me Chadron" i ignored her
"You Hear me speaking to you Chadron!" My hands gripped the steering wheel harder trying to ignore her being drunk. I turned up my music and sped home so she could shut up. Once i pulled up i presses the code to my gate and drove around to the door i cut off the car and looked over at her. She was staring out the window. I got out and walked around to her door
"Can you walk straight now?" She nodded i held my hand out for her to hold as she got out the car. Soon as she stood up she tripped over her own foot.
"Not with those damn heels you can't come on" i picked her bridal style and carried her through the door.
"Nice house" she mumbled
"Thank you" i carried her to the guest bathroom
"Her stay her imma grab you something to put on" she nodded
I went to my room and grabbed some boxers and a white tee once i got back to her she had the water running and undressed stepping in. I placed the clothes on the counter and closed the door behind me to go take a shower of my own.
Once i got out i put on some basketball shorts and laid in the bed waiting to see if she would come to my room once she was done. I guess i had doze off before i knew it because she was tapping my chest waking me up
"Oh damn my bad"
"I didn't know where to go sorry"
"Come On you can stay in here or the guest bedroom"
"I'm not tired " she whispered holding her head down
"Here it is the bed big enough why you acting shy"
"I'm sorry for the way i acted in the car"

"No i understand why you said what you said i accept your apology"  i smiled at her and she smiled back getting under the sheets beside me

"What you wanna watch?" I asked browsing through the movies
