Me and Mario were currently sitting on the couch watching a movie cuddled up when Ja'Dia walked through the door
"What's up Jay" Mario said
"Hey y'all what y'all doing" she said coming to sit between us making me mug her and scoot over
"Well we was having alone time"
"I gotta talk to you about something since Tasha is out of the picture"
"Pause. What you mean out of the picture"
"She been acting funny these past weeks. The attitudes I ain't with them."
"It's just because she feels like you replacing her" Mario said
"No she mad because Dre and her at breaking up and she putting her anger out on me. But she better stop before i knock her ass"
"Oh my that would be a fight to see. Who would win" Angela said making Mario knock her up her head
"Shut Up Angie"
"I'm just playing but replacing her with who. I been here and Zeek don't count he got a dick"
"She doesn't like Zeek" she said
"You know i noticed that especially at the the nail shop she snapped for no reason"
"Yes it is what it is. Anywayssss. I need to talk to you about something" she said sitting up straight facing me. I acted like i was sleep earning a pillow being thrown at my forehead. I mugged her making her and Mario laugh.
"What's up whore"
"I need to quit the bank and get a better job. And Zeek really wants me to work with him. So i asked to be his right hand" she smiled. But i held a straight face.
"You know we got bills here right?"
"Yes and Zeek pays way more than what we both make" she added i nodded
"I gotta Tell you somethings that i heard but i don't know if it is true or not."
"What is it" she said looking concerned
"I hear in the hair shop Zeekiah ain't such a sweet man. He be in the streets like you say your sister baby daddy do."
"Selling drugs? That's nothing half the nigga here do"
"No. Jay more than that. They said he robs, got his own mafia crew to do his work. He's like the main boss here in the A" i said trying to give her hints at what he could be doing
"But he has a contracting business" she said ignoring my point
"Bitch don't you know they wash money"
"I don't get what-"
"He kills Ja'Dia " Mario said cutting her off. She stopped and looked at me waiting for me to confirm it and i nodded.
"How do you know this is true?"
"I don't i was just running it past you. But hey you've dated Michael so you gotta insight on that world"
"Yes but Michael is just a dope boy who didn't do nothing"
"I hear in the club that his boys are the ones who robbed that jewelry store the other day" Mario was telling her
"I know that was my grandmothers" she said making me spit my drink out my mouth
"Hold the fuck up. You know this nigga jacked your nana and you still messing with him"
"I talked to him tonight and he's gonna remodel the store and return the money in exchange of the jewelry" she said smiling
"Did you Tell your nana?"
"Hell no. Farrah either they will never let me hear the end of it and rat Zeek out. She's just gonna see it as a good deed"
"Sounds straight to me" Mario said getting up going into the kitchen. I nodded not saying anymore knowing that Ja'Dia has made up her mind.

Few Days Later

"Steamy they want you on the floor" one of the other dancers said peeking her head in my room. I was finishing the last curls on my head then added my lipgloss and followed her out. She took my robe and slapped my ass winking before walking off. I rolled my eyes taking the tray of drinking and walking up the spiral stairs. The atmosphere is different up here than the main level. More smoke and more naked women and money. Money. Money. I walked up to the group of men surrounded by the other girls entertaining them
"Want a drink baby" i asked seductively to one of the guys
"How about i get you too?" I winked and smirked passing him a glass and walking off making sure to sway my hips in the process. This went on for a few hours I'll pass drinks then go fill up at the bar and redo it all over again until my boss walked out.
"Steamy you wanna make some extra money tonight?" He asked with a cigar hanging out his mouth
"Doing what Chino? I ain't fucking nobody in here so if that's what it is then no" i asked with my hand on my hip.
"Nah I've been asked for you to give a few private dances from the guys who seen you tonight. Don't worry I'll have security man in there in the cut to make sure they don't try you. Just grind and show a Little nips here and there and the money start flowing" i shifted my weight to the other side.
"Who asked for me?" I glanced looking around making eye contact with one of the fellas from earlier who mentioned he wanted me. I waved at him causing him to wave back.
"I don't know he play for the Falcons" i thought for a minute and agreed he let Me go freshen up for a lil bit before telling me where to go. Nervous was not the word to express my demeanor right now. I been doing this job for a few weeks now just to have some extra spending money since i work as a EMT worker. I be bored since i get off early so i picked up this job. I just pray Mario don't catch me around here one day.
"Steamy get yo ass up there wasting money" i nodded rushing up the stairs behind the curtains to see the same man i waved at earlier. I sighed in relief . Since i been speaking to him tonight i know he's a sweet guy doesn't look like the type to be in an atmosphere like this.
"Hey baby" i said grinning at him earning a smirk. By his posture i can tell he been drinking heavily tonight.
"Hey sexyyyy" He slurred the lights had dimmed and porn star by August Alaina stared. I smiled because Boss knew what to play to get me through this session. I walked over to him and sat on his lap facing him
"You want a dance daddy?"
"Whatever you do for me is good baby" i nodded walking over to the pole and proceeded with my fresh moves. I rocked my body back and forth on the pole sure to make moans here and there i would glance over at him to see he was biting his lip staring at me with hazy eyes. The song changed to Privacy by Chris Brown and i walked over to him. He place a stack of crispy 20's in my lap. I cheesed at him and i winked. I tossed the stack in the corner and started to grind on him. I thought about what boss said and started undoing my top until he stopped me
"You know you don't have to take off your top"
"Huh you don't wanna continue "
"No i love what your doing to me. But i know this isn't your territory like me. You new to this?"
"Yes your my first session i normally pass drinks" he nodded
"I really want you back here to myself so i could get
To know you. You were always moving around i couldn't talk To you out there " i smiled
"Oh wow. You just made my nerves calm down a lot."
"How about we get to know one another after you get off? I know you hungry" i laughed causing him to laugh also
"I am. I get off around 3. You feel like waiting for me?" I asked blushing
"I'll wait all night to be. With you baby. Here just text me I'll be waiting for you out back." He passed me his phone and i added my number and nodded. He handed me another wad of cash before allowing me to exit. I smiled walking down the stairs back to my dressing room.
"How'd it go girl" boss asked peeking his head in
"It was nice actually different vibe
"You thinking about being my regular session girl"
"Pump your breaks Billy no this was just one time"
"Mhmm we'll see good night make sure you lock up your room" i nodded changing back into my normal clothes i grabbed my phone and seen his message he sent me
