Chapter 2: Understanding My Feelings

Lucy's POV:

Now it's been a full week since the Laxus incident and whenever I start to daydream, my eyes seem to be unknowingly drifting in his direction. Why can't I stop taking sneaky glances at him? He has caught me a couple of times and just smirks back. Every time Laxus is near I purposely avoid him at all costs, I hope he isn't annoyed at me.

Laxus POV:

Blondie is avoiding me but I really want to talk to her again because she looks so cute when I catch her staring at me. I want Natsu and Gray to just stay away from her, why am I getting so jealous all of a sudden? Seriously Blondie is messing with my head, I will get her back for this ;)

Lucy's POV:
"Bye guys, see you tomorrow" I shout as I walk out the guild hall. Seriously I can't wait to go home and sleep, I'm spent. Watching everyone doing different things is so much fun to watch as I walk home but suddenly I feel a strange presence behind me. I began to panic and try to speed up my walking but when my house comes into sight, someone grabs me from behind then swiftly switches into a hug. "Laxus!" I scream as soon as I notice it's him but I can't help but blush a little. Why did he follow me home and why does my heart beat so fast whenever he's near?I hope I find out soon.
