Dean sat lacing up his boots as he had practice in a few minutes. He sighed and got up looking in the mirror, running his hand through his hair and then placed his cap on his head

"Hey babe," Renee said, walking up behind him and wrapping her arms around his waist

Dean immediately jumped away from her

"Renee, what the hell are you doing back here?" He asked, looking at him

"I came to wish you luck for practice," she said leaning in to kiss him and he ducked away and began walking to the pitch

"Dean baby, why are you treating me this way?" Renee asked, following him

"I'm not your 'babe' what we did is a mistake." He told her

Renee was about to respond when she caught the shiny piece of metal on Dean's finger and she instantly grabbed his hand and brought it to her line of sight

"What the hell is this?" She asked, eyes wide

"That's proof that I belong to one person, the most beautiful girl I've ever seen," he said

"The only girl-" he began, putting a hand on his chest and a cheesy smile on his face

"That has my entire heart in the palm of her hand," Dean said, sounding like a professional poet

"And there she is now," Dean added, seeing Roman and Riley walking up the track that led to the pitch

"Sorry Renee," Dean shrugged, before he ran off and greeted them, meeting Riley with a kiss and meeting Roman with a bro hug

Riley and Roman sat together, watching Dean in practice and about 10 minutes later, a sweaty Seth plopped down near them

"Sorry for being late, lacrosse ran a little later than I expected," he said, sliding his glasses on his face

"Yeah baby!" Riley called out as the couch brought Dean in

Dean looked at her on his way to the startup and blew a kiss to her. He got in position, just knowing that man was hers, made her smirk. He was definitely one of the hottest guys in school and seeing the silver ring glistening on his finger as he gripped the bat had her smiling

"Who's that?" Roman asked, looking at the cheerleaders

"Oh that's Kelly, sweet girl really." Riley replied, briefly looking at where he was looking before she trained her eyes back on her boyfriend as he ran the plates

"Excuse me," Roman said, getting up and walking to the cheerleading pit

Seth slid closer to Riley who smiled at him before turning back to Dean

"You really love him don't you?" Seth asked her

"More than anything." She replied and  Seth smiled, having felt the same thing with his own girlfriend, Becky
