Kit's POV

I was certain it was Ming.

I looked around to search for him.

There were too many students wearing the same uniform but it wasn't difficult for me to spot him.

He was leaning against the pillar of our department's building.

He was with a group of students.

They seemed to be having a conversation but his eyes was fixed on me.

I unconciously moved a little farther from Ice.

Ice seemed to notice it because at the corner of my eye he looked at me.

Ming's expression was unreadable.

Why am I acting like I was caught in the act doing something not good by him?

Why do I feel guilty?

You're not doing anything, Kit. I reminded myself.

Ming glared at me and he was about to walk towards me when Prae appeared and pulled him away along with the others.

Why is he with Prae again?

I looked at him once again and I saw him still eyeing me. I watched him till he was out of my sight.

"You okay? " asked Ice.

I didn't notice I went blank for a little while. "Huh? Ah, yeah. "

My phone vibrated.

"We need to talk later, " Ming texted.

How dare him.

My day was long and tedious.

When my last teacher of the day said we were dismissed.

I promptly put all my things in my bag.

"Kit,  let's eat out. " Beam cheerfully said. Pha nodded to agree with him.

I was surprised to hear it. They barely made time for me after they found the love of their life.

I doubted them. "What do you need? " I suspiciously asked them.

"Nothing, " Beam replied.

I looked at them trying to make them confess but they didn't.

"Okay,  let's go. "

They both high five.

We used Beam's car because mine was still in the car shop and Pha's car couldn't accomodate us three.

We decided to go to a newly opened restaurant in the city.

We were ushered in a table by a waiter.

Pha and Beam were both chatting about something. I was too lazy to butt in.

My mind was somewhere else.

Why was he with Prae again?

Why are they always together?

I'm getting tired of this,  he acts like he really likes me then always spends time with her.

"Ming, " I heard Beam called out.

I turned around to the direction they were looking at.

Where is he?

Then it dawned on me.

They were grinning naughtily when I looked at them.

I threw them a death glare.
