Molly Weasley was woken up one Sunday morning by the sound of Errol crashing into the kitchen window again, she was about to run downstairs when she noticed the small pile of presents sitting at the foot of her bed, it was mother’s day.

Since 4 of her children were at Hogwarts and the others were very busy with work they all had to send their gifts by owl.

Each gift she opened brought a happy tear to her eye, the presents weren’t very expensive but each and every one meant the world to her. When she had opened the seven presents from each of her children she noticed that there was one more, it had almost slid under the bed.

Molly bent down and unwrapped it carefully, inside was a little box, she opened it to see a letter, when she picked it up she saw that under the letter was a beautiful silver necklace with a small ruby in the middle, it was absolutely beautiful.

Molly removed her gaze from the dazzling piece of jewelry and opened the note with trembling fingers, it read,

I’d be proud if you were my mother.
