okay, i reallyyyyyyy am going to start posting more frequently. i feel so so so so bad for not posting. but i'm FINALLY posting! so hurray! :D

(Aurora)

                The next morning I wake to a warm draft in my room. I looked out my window from my bed, realizing that it was a nice day in the middle of fall. I smiled, realizing that if the suns out, most of the time, it always turns out to be a good day.

                And the good day is already beginning.

                As I reached over to my phone, a new text came over the screen. Louis’ name came over the screen, and I smiled as I clicked the ‘view now’ button.

                Good morning, my beautiful girlfriend ;) Just wanted to send you a quick text! Give me a call once you wake up!:)

                I smiled as I went to his contact in my phone before holding it up to my ear. After only one ring, I could hear Louis’ voice flow through my phone speakers. “Hello?”

                “Hey, Lou!” I said, smiling at just hearing his voice.

                “Oh, hey Aurora!” Louis called.

                “I got your text, so I figured I would give you a call.”

                “Right! Well, I was wondering if you wanted to go out with me today. There’s this specific place I want to go, and I think you’d have a lot of fun. Me and the lads always do!” Louis said with a laugh, and I couldn’t help but laugh along with him. My stomach flopped at the idea of him wanting to go out on a date with me, and I couldn’t help but smile at the thought of what place we would be going to.

                “Sure, I’d love too!” I replied, and I felt like I could hear Louis smiling over the phone.

                “Great! I’ll pick you up around noon!” Louis said, and I nodded in agreement, even though he couldn’t see me.

                “Sounds good. Talk to you later,” I said, Louis saying goodbye before we both hung up. Figuring that sense it was our first date as a couple – that thought putting a smile on my face – that I should dress more than just my normal casual outfit. I had no idea where he was taking me, so I might as well get prepared. I slipped on a white sun dress, with a jean jacket over it. I left my hair down, my natural curls falling over my shoulders. I put my contacts in before slipping on my white sandals and walking down the stairs.
