"Wyatt can you come shopping with me?" I asked,
"Rics I can't be bothered"
"Well I don't care, you had Lily over this morning"
"That's unfair"
"No it isn't"
"What's Kane doing?"
"He and Trent are out 'bonding'"
"Fine, lets go",
"You're not acting like a best friend", Wyatt sighed.
"I know, I'm sorry you're right; I'm being a dick",
"Not a dick, just miserable, what's up? Talk to Rico"
"Lets go to the mall, then we'll chat"

Kane's POV
I'd spoken with Rics after her chat with Trent, and she explained how I hadn't forgiven or forgotten what he did. This is true and I'm not going to lie about it. But I love Lyric more than life, so I'm going to, as she put it 'bond' with him and 'try' to put his mind at rest,
"What'd you want?" Trent asked,
"Whatever you're having"
We're at the pub if you're wondering, Rics said it was a good place to go, as long as we DON'T get drunk. I'm not planning to and Trent won't if he still feels he needs to set an example,
"Here you are", He said putting a magners ice in front of me.
"Cheers" I replied, then took a long refreshing sip. Then said "So...let me tell you what you want to hear, I have nothing what so ever against you, I think you're a great guy and have no problem with you" I said,
"But...I don't want to hear lies, give it to me straight man"
"Promise you won't hit me" Trent smiled at that remark, he put his hands up and said
"Promise, go ahead",
"Trent, you slapped Lyric and then told her not to worry, what kind of psycho does that? Then you started to drag her away, when I asked what you were doing to Rics you said 'Nothing', so I hit you, you getting my picture" He nodded, "Did you do this to other girls?" I asked,
"No"
"Then why did you do it to Lyric?"
"I...I thought I recognized her"
"So that's what you do to people you recognise Trent, slap then and try to drag then away"
"No....shit....I know"
"Look if you can't forgive yourself, I can't forgive you, but I'm sorry for what I said yesterday, it was out of order and for Rico's sake I'm happy to get along and be your friend, after all I am going out with your little sister"
"Kane, the day I forgive myself for what I did, is the day Hell freezes over, I'm sorry for acting how I did, you just don't know how hard it is, Rico's such an amazing beautiful girl"
