It was 11 am and they were all at Lafayette and Hercules' dorm. Madison being Madison he'd made a list for everyone of what to bring. He even made a last minute one for Burr and had slid it under his door at 2 am.

He had a list making problem.

Currently, he was standing on a chair with a list in his hand trying to get the group's attention.

"Alex?"

Alexander looked up from his phone and at Madison from where he was sitting on the couch next to Lafayette.

"Yes?"

Madison checked his name off the list.

"Thomas?"

"Present," Thomas mumbled in between chewing his mac and cheese.

He had been trying to finish as much as he could before he left as his mother claimed to be allergic to it.

Now that he was older he realized that she would have to be allergic to an ingredient and not the entire thing.

Maybe he should just feed her some by accident and see what would happen.

Unless she was really allergic.

Maybe he should just ask her.

"Gi-John come on."

Laurens snickered from where he sat with Mulligan on the counter.

"What? You told me to write everyone's name."

Madison ignored him.

"Lafayette."

Lafayette held down a laugh.

"Oui."

"Hercules."

"Yes, sir."

"My...JOHN!"

Laurens had dropped to the floor where he rolled around from laughter.

"What the actual fuck babe? I'm not saying that."

"Then don't."

Madison aggressively crossed of his boyfriend's name before crossing off his own.

"Burr?"

Burr coughed as he looked up at Madison from where he stood near the door, visibly biting his nails.

"Um, yes."

Madison successfully crossed off the last name of the list before stepping off the chair.

"That's everyone."

He looked around the group.

"Did everyone use the lists I made?"

All he got were grunts from here and there in the room.

He raised his voice.

"Listen up, if I ask a question, I expect a response. We can not leave until everyone is ready. Do you understand?"

He felt familiar arms wrap around him.

"You're hot when you're bossy," his boyfriend whispered into his ear.

Madison smirked and raised his voice even more.

"Do I make myself clear?"

Everyone nodded and slowly dragged their suitcases over to where Burr was standing at the door. He nervously smiled at Hamilton who gave him a reassuring smile back.

"So we're ready?"

Everyone nodded and Jefferson opened the door.

"James?" Laurens whispered from behind him.

"Hm?" He turned around.

"I love you."

There was a pause.

All eyes were on them.

"I love you too."

hi beauties, I forgot to update twice on Sunday because I frankly didn't have time to write another chapter. I actually just wrote this AND am writing another one which I'm hopefully posting today, if not I'll post it tomorrow.
