Chapter 19

I told mum I would be out all night and that I will stay at a friend’s house I told her Luke’s and she was fine with that but really I was sneaking around to where Anna’s bedroom is I remember seeing a tree near her window so I thought why not do it the romantic way? Anna is right I am too corny not my fault I watch a lot of chick flicks with my mum and sister when I’m bored. Luckily even though tomorrow was Monday we had a day off I  looked at my phone for the time it was 11:11 I actually laughed because that’s the time everyone makes a wish I noticed a pebble near the tree and I threw it at her window waiting for Anna to open the door I tried again and throwing another pebble and finally I saw someone walking to the window soon she opened the window and looked down at me and said

“Ashton, what the hell are you doing here”?

“I came to see you”

“Ashton I told you that we can’t be friends”

“I don’t care friends or not I wanted to know if you’re fine”

“Yes I’m fine”

“Can we talk” I asked her she looked behind her and she looked at me again and said

“I don’t know”

“Please Anna”

“Come on up” I ran towards the tree and started climbing the tree and I climbed into the window, Anna stood there her arms folded across her chest waiting for me to start talking

“I’m really sorry for today Anna I just thought that I was helping you”

“Ashton I know you were but it’s just”

“What” I said looking at her take a seat. We both sat on the bed and Anna said

“Ashton I thought I was getting over my fear today I know you were trying your best to help me but hearing that Green Day song brought it all back the flashback just seeing Peter”

“Anna there must be something else you’re afraid of it can’t only just be that” Anna looked down at the ground I held her hand but she pulled away again “You know you can tell me anything Anna”

“Love” she said quietly but just enough for me to here she looked up at me and took a deep breath “I’m afraid to fall in love again”

“I know why” I said

“You do”

“You’re afraid to fall in love because it hurts like hell when you lose it” Anna hugged me and she started to cry a bit and she said

“I’m just really afraid of falling in love Ashton” I hugged her tighter and I whispered in her ear

“Don’t worry I’ll catch you when you do” Anna pulled away and laughed

“You’re so cheesy”

“I try my best, so are we cool”?

“Were cool”

“Friends”? I asked

“Friends” she said laughing. I got up and Anna said “Where are you going”?

“Home”

“Oh” I walked to the window and I heard Anna say “Ashton, wait” I turned around and said

“Yeah” she smiled at me and said

“Stay”? I smiled and said

“Sure” we both laid down on the bed and she snuggled up to me resting her head on my chest, this was nice just laying here be awkward if anyone walked in wondering how I got in the house. I felt Anna playing with my hand and our hands finally locked like they were just perfect for each other. I was getting that feeling and that was love I know Anna wasn’t but I was defiantly in love with Anna there was no denying that.

“Ashton”

“Yeah”

“Are you good at advice?”

“Try me”

“Okay” she sat up sitting on her knees and I sat up looking at her waiting for her to speak “So I’ve got this friend”

“Oh you have another friend, what’s her name”

“Uh Kate yeah Kate that’s it” I knew she was lying but I wanted to see where this was going “But anyway she likes this guy but she’s too afraid to move on from her previous boyfriend because she is afraid of what everyone thinks but she knows that she will never forget him”

“Well I think it’s best to move on I mean her ex wouldn’t want her to just sit around being sad all the time but I just hope she doesn’t forget him because I know how special he would be to her”

“So your saying moving on is for the best”?

“Yep”

“Ashton”

“Yeah”

Anna leaned in and our lips connected, I put my arms on her waist and she had her arms around my neck when we kissed I felt like we were disconnected from the world not giving a dam what anyone else thought. Anna pulled away and she said

“Uh sorry I didn’t mean to do that”

“It’s fine I enjoyed it Kate” I said winking at her

“Shut up” she said pushing me back on the bed

“OoOo someone’s getting kinky”

“And someone’s getting annoying”

“Fine then I guess I’ll live and won’t stay the night” I got up walking over to the window and Anna held my hand and said

“No don’t go” she did a puppy dog face and I leaned in a kissed her again getting the same feeling I had before, Anna pulled away smiling and then she did a lip bite and said “I could get use to that”

“So could I”

So I thought why not update because apprently the last one was heartbreaking :( I'm sorry for making you cry but this one was more happy :) aha anyway hope you liked it
