This is a story about what happens to Near after he catches Kira. Poor guy's alone, but not for long.
You come into the picture while Near is on the trail of two murderers-because your parents may or may not be involved, and you may or may not be the next victim of the two cold-blooded killers.
Near manages to save you, and takes you in under the wing of him and the other former SPK members. But there's several problems-your parents abused you, and thus you find it hard to trust people. You're recovering from physical and mental problems alike, and it's not going too well.... But maybe Near can help you with those pesky mental hurdles....
WARNING: Some themes may not be liked, and involve depression and abuse (verbal, physical, sexual, etc), but nothing is overly graphic. Read on whilst knowing this. Don't say I didn't warn you!
