Chapter {3}

The boys finally meet up, "Dude, Caleb! What took you so long?" Noah asks throwing his arms around him, even though they saw each other a few hours ago that didn't stop Noah from giving hugs. A lot of girls were watching the three musketeers. They were like the south pole of the magnet and all their fangirls in school were the north pole; immediately attracted to them.

"Dude, stop hugging me, people are watching. They might think we are gay! I want a new toy for the week" he says as he pushes Noah away "hey-" Caleb didn't bother to listen to what's he got to say "that was firstly, secondly my aunt had to drive around the school twice-" Caleb was cut off. "Wait, your aunt is here? Dude why didn't you tell us. She's smoking hot, man," Adham says.

"Okay, for starters eww dude! " he says pointing his finger "And secondly that's my aunt!" he says angrily. "Okay, dude chill, I was just saying."
"Whatever, let's get to class,"

The boys don't have all their classes together, well Noah and Caleb do but Adham is stuck with his class. Once Adham's biology class was over, and his class exit the classroom and make their way to their lockers, he was stopped by Noah and Caleb, "We have study hall now, wanna skip your next class?" Noah says mischievously. Adham glances at the closed door of his next class, the boys waited for his answers "Yeah, let's go,"

Adham made sure he walked from the stairs that was away from the class's window so the teacher doesn't see him. They go downstairs into the school field. "Hey Adam," Hailey says waving her hands at him, smiling widely. She didn't know how to say his name correctly. Her blondish, golden hair spread around her made her look like an angel for any guy but to Adham she looked like a Barbie that he used to have a thing for her. Hailey seemed like a sweet girl. "Come play with us volleyball!" she grabs his hand and run toward the field. "Hey Adham," his english teacher screams at him "Office now!" He still managed to pronounce his name wrong.

Adham's eyes widen 'oh shit,' was all he can think of. Adham jugs up to his teacher "You skip my class to go play volleyball, office now!" Adham didn't even say anything. He thought his teacher was going to explode just like  his science project he did for seventh grade. He kind of looked funny but Adham bit his cheeks to stop himself for laughing out loud and getting himself in more trouble.

Once they walked to the office, his english teacher starts to complain to the principle's secretary, "Okay, so Adham skipped class to go play in the field." he tells her. The secretary glances at Adham with a blank face, she thought 'this was normal why was the teacher getting worked up for?'

"Well, he'll spend the rest of class in study hall and give him zero for his classwork assignments," she says

"What about detention?" the teacher asked, Adham jerks his head toward him, 'Is this teacher high or something? Isn't a zero enough?'

"Sure ,sure, you can give him that too," she says with a high pitch voice causing Adham to wince. "Good," the teacher ends the conversation and walks outside the office, "I can walk myself to study hall." Adham tells his teacher "Like the same way when you walked to my class!" he sasses They walked up the stairs and into the hallway and down into one of the classes. "Adham skipped my class and he'll sit here until the rest of my class is over." he tells the teacher.

Adham walks to the end of the class, study hall wasn't crowded with students, just two sophomore who probably had a lunch detention. Two minutes has passed, Noah and Caleb walks into the class "Hey, what the heck happened?" Caleb asks "That stupid teacher said I skipped his class and now I have zero for my classwork,"

"Man, he does seem annoying!" Noah comments "and that's not only that, I think he will give me detention, and he even sassed me!"

"Shhhh!" the teacher who sat in front hissed. They sat in silence until it was Adham's time for his next class.

"He gave you an after school detention?!" Noah looked at him with disbelief,

"yeah, that's what I just said, Noah."

"Well, we have after school practice for football, I can drop you off." Caleb says. Adham doesn't say anything, just nods his head like a bubble head doll.

Time felt like it's  passing so slow when you're doing something you hate, but all that Adham can think of his stupid English teacher and ways of making his life a living hell. For god's sake, it's the first day of school!

"You're serving for your punishment is over, you can leave now, Adham," his art teacher says "please." she mumbles. Luckily, he didn't hear her. "Hey, what's the homework?" he asks as he ran toward the lockers. His classmate looks surprised at him as she packs her bag. "We have Math, Biology and umm... English." her soft voice made him look up. Her dark hair was tied up in a high ponytail. "What are you doing here this late?" he asked "Umm.. it's 4:15," she says as she raises her eyebrows. "Besides, I had SAT prep," she adds. Adham nods his head at her. "What's the English homework?" he asked. "He gave us a worksheet." she replies. Adham thought that was a smart move from his teacher.

"Hey dude, I'm done with football practice." Caleb come over and stood by her. She thought he smelled great even though he just ran and sweat a lot. How can boys still smell good after everything they do? They can go to war and still smell like minty leaves with musky smell! 'Unfair!' she thought.

"Hey," Caleb nods his head at her. Noah comes over and puts his arms around Caleb. "Well, I'll have to go, my mother is waiting for my downstairs." she says she excuses herself from them. She walked away as she made her way down the stairs. "Who is she?" Noah asks awestruck.

"Oh, she's just a classmate." Adham says as he was shaken up from seeing her. He have seen her before but this is the first time for him to fully notice her. She was new , fresh and different. A good different.

"Yeah, sure, just a classmate." Caleb winked. "Yeah, what's her name?" asked Caleb impatiently. "Her name is Alice Woodward." replies Noah causally. Both Caleb and Adham's head snap toward Noah's direction. "How did you know?" asked Adham shocked.

"My sister and her used to take some Art courses together."
