As she drove down a certain road that she remembered where it would lead to, her eyes had caught something in the woods but it soon disappeared which caused the young teenager to be on full alert. Once she made a turn and saw the familiar rocks as well as sand, she knew she was in the right place. Despite the fact that it was basically cloudy, which isn't very much of a surprise to her, La Push weather is either cloudy or rainy, they'd be lucky if they got a little bit of sun.

As she parked and turned off her engine, she stared at the landscape in front of her. Just like her house, nothing hasn't changed much except for the fact that not a lot of people were where you would cliff dive as they use to back then. She saw a few kids playing soccer in the sand as well as a few families had a barbecue or something similar to that. Her eyes glanced at the guy that sat on a log that Samantha remembered all to well. It was the log where she and Jacob had carved their names on.

Sighing, opening her door as well as closing it shut, Samantha began to walk down the sidewalk then ended up sitting on a different that wasn't very far to where the guy was at. As soon as she sat down, she felt someone tap her shoulder. Wondering who it could be, she looked up and right then and there.

It was as if her world had stop.

It was as if everything changed in that moment. It was as if gravity wasn't holding her to the planet, it was him. At this point, nothing else mattered to her. It was as if all the horrific memory of the death of her parents as well as everything that had happened to her for the past eight years she had been away, had vanished. Their brown eyes had her craving, wondering what the rest of his figure would like.

Samantha knew this was too good to last as the unknown person had glided his hand in front of her which caused her to snap out of her trance. She raked her eyes down his body and couldn't help but be impressed at how much muscle the guy had on him. She couldn't help but give herself a round of applause.

You did good, Sia, her subconscious, or other half, told her as she too was impressed at who Samantha had her eyes on.

"Oh my god," she heard the guy muttered but it sounded as if he was shocked. Samantha stopped her eye raping and looked at the guy in front of her and she too let out a shock response of her own.

It can't be, She thought to herself.

"Sorry if I sound rude or anything but can I ask what's your name?"

Yup it has to be him, Samantha thought as she couldn't help the smile that was starting to surface her lips.

"Samantha, Samantha Uley."

The teenage boys eyes had widened as the teenage girl couldn't stop the smile on her face. This is what she had been waiting for, for the past eight years she had been gone. To be reunited with her best friend. "Well, are you going to give me a hug Black?"

Jacob didn't even think about once as he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him not wanting to ever let go of her. This is what he missed. He missed the warmth and comfort of her hugs. He missed the laugh that escaped her lips as if it was music to his ears. He missed the way her eyes would show the emotion be loved and craved. He had missed the beautiful smile that he hasn't seen in years but it felt like decades to him.

He had missed her.

"I missed you," he murmured as he held her tighter.

"Me to bud," She said as she rested her head in the crook of his neck.

"Your hugs had always been the best but don't tell my brother that," she said as she jumped and wrapped her legs around his waist causing him to hold her as a laugh escaped both of their mouths.

Samantha backed up so that she could get a glance at his face. "You do know that steroids are bad for you right?" She said, referring to his arms that were once nothing but noodle arms. She placed both her hands on the back of his neck so that she won't fall and make a fool out of herself.

"Sweetheart, this body has nothing to do with steroids. All of this was all me," he sent her wink which caused a blush to creep on to her cheeks.

"Sweetheart," she mocked him as he set her back down to her feet.

"It's good to see you Sammy," he said, his lips curled up in a grin.

As those words escaped his lips, a smile of Samantha's own had formed. She missed this. She missed the presence of not only her brother but also her best friend. She missed the smokey wood nature scent she smell as soon as she opened the windows to her room or stepped foot outside and breathed in. She missed the way she would see kids making their sand castles as their parents or family members had been barbecuing on the beach. She missed all of it.

She missed her home.

The best friends have reunited y'all! This is a semi-what filler chapter in a way. Sorry if it's short or if they're any errors in it still! I have finals coming up so I'm not sure when I can get another edited chapter up but hopefully all the editing I need to do could be done by the end of December! Now here's me "singing" my lovers song <3

" Please date me because I'm single,
