Why This Is Annoying: this also happens in movies TV shows games etc. I never cried at all during a movie book etc. I read The Fault In Our Stars and I didn't cry. That's how heartless I am.
How to fix this: I mean why do they confess there love right when they are about to die. I mean like I know it makes the MC will need to know that they love the person who died too and gets revenge and saves the world. But guys. Two words. Creative. Ideas. You will need them if you want to be a successful author.
