The characters always live in small towns... and they people are farmers.

Example: "I am just a small town girl living in a big, huge world. I have to work in farms with my daddy and we have no electricity. YEEHAW!"

WHY THIS IS ANNOYING: Okay, first of all, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A FARMER TO LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN! Second, this is really a cliche barely anyone notices because it is starting to fade away. Which is good. We don't need cliches. We need different stories and ideas *cough* #nomorebadboyandgoodgirl *cough*.

HOW TO FIX THIS: But pretty much if you based it in America then it's a cliche. I don't really see any of the huge cities unless it's New York. Why don't you make up a city/town to help you? It's not really a huge deal where the setting is. Unless if it helps the character develop. So you don't need to worry about this much since people will just push it aside.
