The thing about Alice, is she was the only one they never called
beautiful.
She was never content looking at the looking glass, for she continually stumbled upon what lay beyond, her reflection was of no interest in comparison to the world of caterpillar smoke and queens. A world of rabbit holes and hatters taught her more about imagination and less about image, taught her the good and the bad and certainly the crazy, Alice,
Was the only one to step beyond the happy ending she was never promised.
Never a princess,
Alice was simply
A girl.
