Just One Night ~4~

Start from the beginning

I sighed, wondering what I should do now. It was 10PM now, but it wasn’t like I had any plans this weekend.

My thoughts drifted to the party, and I couldn’t help the smile. Flirting with Cameron was fun, having sex with him was mind-blowing, but I knew we’d never go on that date. The Monday after it was supposed to happen, I’d take the password off for him, but until then it was going to be fun to watch him struggle with it.

I checked my Facebook, seeing I’d been tagged in a couple of photos from last night’s party. In both I was talking to Cameron, and already there were a couple of girls complaining that they hadn’t seen or spoken to him.

I laughed, deciding to let them fight it out; it wasn’t like I cared. And besides, we weren’t telling anyone except Rania and Matthew, so it wasn’t like I could say anything to stop the arguments.

My phone buzzed slightly, and I laughed at the text.

What did you do to Cameron’s phone? He’s borrowing his mom’s because his is locked!

I chuckled, typing back a reply quickly.

I locked it(: I told him if he wanted a date, he had to figure out the password. There’s a date on the calendar for when he can come, and it has a time as well. I also put my number in there.

            Her reply came in seconds.

Wow, Tay(: Way to be mean! Any chance even I can  know the password? Or the date time for that matter?

I laughed harder. I was willing to bet Cameron was either with her and Matthew, or he stole her phone. Or maybe she was just being my best friend.

Sure, but I’m call me, ok? I don’t want Cameron knowing.

In less than a minute, she was calling.

            “Hey!”

“Tell me!” Rania demanded, making me laugh.

“Alright, I put it for next Friday, 7PM at Pizza Hut, and you and Matthew have to be there too so if he doesn’t get it I won’t be a loner.” I told her, still smiling.

“Ooh clever! So what’s the password?” She asked.

“I’m not telling. For all I know, I’ve already given away too much.” I told her.

She sighed at me. “I really shouldn’t have worried, should I? You’re seriously doing too… ok… right now.”

I laughed again, unable to stop. Damn I really was feeling too optimistic right now. “Is that a bad thing?”

“Not really, I guess. I just hope you find someone worth it one day.”

“Yeah, I probably will. When I graduate from college or something.” I admitted, rolling onto my bed. It was so comfy…

“When you meet a guy you could fall for, I will seriously start laughing at you.” Rania said, before adding, “and then I’ll say ‘I told you so’ when the sex is better. Go on, tell me I was right about the sex not being as good as you thought.” Rania sounded so conceited I snorted.

“Actually, if sex is better than what I experienced, I’m going to probably die from it.” I told her.

Rania gasped. “What do you mean?
