Chapter 33: New Girl

SARAH'S POV

I was walking around the mall with the guys until I saw a girl sitting on a fountain, crying. I hid behind a plant so the guys won't follw me and they continue on their way. Once they are out of sight I walk over to the girl and sit next to her.

"Hey, you ok?"

"What? Oh ya, I'm fine" She said quickly drying her tears.

"I-its ok to cry"

"No its not, my parents will just kill me more then they are going to if they catch me crying."

"Just... tell me whats wrong"

"I'm the provider for my family"

"Provider?"

"Yea and I just lost my job so now I can't pay the bills! My parents are going to be so damn pissed!"

"Its ok"

"No it's not! I'll get kicked out and ugh!!" She threw her head in her lap.

"Look I-I'll give you some money!"

"No I-I can't possibly ask you to do that."

"Please, I insist, how much do you need?"

"$30" I looked in my wallet and pulled out a $50 bill.

"Take this, keep the change."

"Oh my God, thank you so much!"

"No problem! I'm Sarah, whats your name?"

"Tessa"

"Oh I like that"

"Thanks" She said with a smile.

"So, what do your parents make you do?"

"Well I guess I'm kind of like their slave. I cook, clean, work, pay the bills why they just sit around all day drinking and smoking."

"Wow how long?"

"I've been working since I was 12, the other stuff since I was 8."

"Wow"

"Yea"

"How old are you?"

"18"

"Oh, why don't you just move out?"

"Don't have enough money. Spent all of my savings on my parents"

"Damn! That sucks!"

"Yeaaa"

We talked for a while and I started to like her.

"SARAH!" I heard 5 voice call and I snapped my head to see them running over to me.

"AGHH I WAS SO SCARED!" CC yelled, picking me up in a bone crushing hug and kissing me.

"I was right here" I said climbing out of my arms.

"Tell us next time, alright?" Andy asked out of breath.

"Got it!" I said flashing them a thumbs up.

I looked back at Tessa to see her jaw wide open and her eyes huge.

"Fan?" I asked and she slowly nodded.

"Y-Y-Your t-t-the S-S-Sarah Byrdd?"

"The one and only" I said with a smile.

"Oh my God"

"Tessa, can you excuse me for a minute?"

"Sure" She said and I pulled the guys off to the side.

"Look, we really need to take her on tour!"

"Why exactly?" Andy asked.

"Shes a slave! Her parents make her cook and clean since she was 8 and made her work and pay the bills since she was 12. She just lost her job and I just gave her a $50 bill to take to her parents but shes 18 and she needs to get out of that hell hole and she doesn't have enough money to! Her parents are drunks as well!"

"Sure" Ashley said.

"THANK YOU!" I yelled hugging each one of them and running back over to Tessa.

"Wanna come on tour?"

"I would love to but I can't, parents wont allow it."

"Your 18, you make your own decisons."

"I don't kn-"

"Your seriously going to turn down this amazing offer?"

"I guess I can't really"

"Damn straight! We'll drive you to your house, get your stuff"

"Alright" She said grabbing her bag and slinging it over her shoulder.

"K, so we done with the mall?" I asked the guys.

"Yep"

"Alright, lets drive to Tessa's house."

"K, give your address to the driver when you get on" Jake said.

"Alright" She said as we walked out of the mall.

She gave the driver her address and within 5 minutes we were there. Shee ran in, got her stuff and ran out with her parents yelling after her. She climbed onto the bus and collapsed on the floor.

"Here, I'll show you to your bunk."

"Sarah, you took the last bunk" Jinxx pointed out.

"I know" I said with a smirk and led her to the bunks.

I threw all of my stuff onto the floor.

"There you go!"

"I-I can't possibly take your bunk."

"Of course you can! I'll bunk with CC."

"You sure?"

"Hell ya! I mean... I haven't told him yet but he'll be fine with it. I mean, were engaged in all so... why not?"

"O-ok if your s-"

"Yes!" Now stuff. Down.

She plopped her stuff on the bed and followed me out.

"CC, is it ok if I bunk with you" I asked, sitting on his lap sideways and hanging onto his neck to keep me from falling, flashing him my signiture puppy eyes.

"Of course" He said kissing my neck then moving to my lips then breaking.

"Ahhhh shit!" Jinxx exclaimed.

"What?" We asked.

"I'm not going to get any sleep!"

"Why?" I asked.

"You two, bunking together... do the fucking math!"

"Have you ever heard us have sex?!?! NO! The first time you were too fucking drunk and the 2nd time you were doing it with Sammi and everyone else was fucking their girlfriends so you heard everyone!"

"Whatever, I just want to hear NO! NOISES!"

"Ok ok" I said and he just smiled.
