What I Really Learned in High School

It's awesome being called awesome.

Ok, I was a little annoyed when I wrote "Don't trust people who give you tests." And you shouldn't. But honestly...

It's pretty awesome when you do.

There's a little box you check when you take the PSATs, and basically it's like "Colleges have the right to harass me."

Mostly just colleges in the middle of nowhere do it. But hey. Some of them are cool. And also...

Come on. It is.

My inbox is this mass "Hey! You're awesome!" And they put your name to act like it's so personalized, even though they probably  mass send them. But hell, I'll take the praise I can get it.

Montana State? Northern Arizona University?

I've never met you, but you send me nice things. Hell. Let's be friends, computer!

I know they're just lying when they act all personal to try to get you to feel good and check them out, but hey. You want to call me awesome? Go right ahead, Vermont. You're pretty cool too. ;)
