Never in my life would I have thought this would happen to me. Is this why Rose bitched out on me, because she feels like this? Anger blinds you that you don't even know what you are doing.

with?"asked the same guy I beat up just last Sunday. "Why do you care,"I said taking another sip, letting the ice refresh my head. "Have you been crying?"he asked concern and worry in his

voice. "Like you care. The guy who spikes my drink, calls me a bitch, and a whore? What are you bipolar?"somehow I manged to keep my voice monotone with an edge of anger. "You're right, I

shouldn't care."he said standing up. He turned around just like he was about to leave, when he sat down again. "Oh for the love of God, what do you want?!"I said annoyance crystal clear in my

voice. "Ok, whats wrong seriously? I don't go to your school, I'm in college but on break for now. I can't really tell anyone, so talk."he said crossing his fingers together. What the hell is his

problem! Just 5 days ago he called me a whore, and a slut. I beat him up. Later he spiked my drink, then now he's being all buddy buddy? This guy has some issues. "You want to know?"I

challenged. "Yeah, I got some time. Amuse me." he smiled, a real one. "First things first. What's your name?"I asked, all this time we have been talking, I didn't know his name. "Ok, but don't

laugh. Promise?" he said seriously but with a playful tone. "Why would I laugh? You don't have a girlish name like Sherill do you."I asked jokingly. "No, but please."he said, practically begged.

Yep, bipolar. "Ok, geeze I promise." I said. "Ok, my name is Sing. As in S-I-N-G."he said. It took almost everything I had not to burst out laughing. "Ok, fine go ahead and break your

promise."he rolled his eyes. I let out a breath of air and took a small sip before feeling under control. Taking a longer sip, I watched as he raised an eyebrow. "I don't break my promises, no

matter what."I said and smiled. "So Sing, are you ready for my story?"I questioned him. Maybe he wasn't so bad, and not bad looking. Dark brown hair, grey blueish eyes, nice body-STOP!

What am I thinking! I'm with Josh! Or was I? "Tell me,"he said giving me a small smile. "I've been friends with the guys you last saw since kindergarten-" I told him everything that happened.

EVERYTHING. Why all of a sudden I trust him? Never could I admit my true feelings to my closest friends. Why was it so easy? "Wow, you got it bad."he said finally. "Yeah, no kiddin'."I

agreed. "Hey, I just want to say I'm sorry for calling you a whore, slut, and a bitch, and for spiking your drink. You're not like any other girls I met here."he looked at me with sincere grey eyes, I

actually smiled. "Thanks, and I know. I got to go, but thats for listening to me. Most guys wouldn't."I said throwing away my now finished coffee."Bye,"I said to him turning around, walking away.

"Hey Clair?"he said, I turned around and raised an eyebrow.As if saying,'What?' "I'd just follow my heart." he said. I smiled softly, and he returned a small smile back. We said our goodbyes and

walked away. As I stepped out, looking at the pink, orange, yellow sky I noticed how much time I actually spent in there. It was silent for a while, before my phone rang. Jumping as I heard it I

looked at the caller I.D. "What do you want Jay V?" I said, not bothering with a hello. "Where the hell are you? I'm coming to pick you up ri-"he started, hearing the engine in the back ground.

"No! You don't have to worry about me. I'll be home soon."I said starting to walk. "No, I'm com-" "Stop!"I interrupted,"I don't you need you to, I'm fine."I started to end the call when Sing pulled up.

"Need a ride?" he asked. "Clarissa Marie Evenson who the hell is that?!"I heard him yell. Smiling as I ended the call I answered him. "Sure." I got in his Mercedes. "Who was that?"asked Sing

as I gave him directions. "Jay V,"I answered. "Lay off on the boy, he just cares for you."Sing tried to reason. "Whatever,"I said and toyed with his radio. When nothing good was on, I turned it off

and started to rummage through his CDs. "Now THIS,is good music,"I said putting in All Time Low. He smiled and sang along to the lyrics, sounding very tone deaf. "Ok, NEVER sing, Sing. You

can't sing at all." I said playfully covering my ears. "Whatever, now let's here you sing."he suggested."Ok,"I said singing in my tone deaf voice. "See, I'm not as bad as you are."he said childishly

sticking his tongue out. I rolled my eyes, "Ok, turn right."I said he nodded. "Stop,"he did pulling up towards the driveway. "Here you are m'lady,"he smiled. "Why thank you sir," I smiled back

climbing out. "Hey Clair?" I looked back,"What?"I said. "I hope you make the right choice."he smiled. "I hope I do to,"I said truthfully. I waved goodbye to him as he drove off. "Clarissa," I

turned around and crossed my arms over my chest. "What Jay V,"I said raising an eyebrow. Ya know I've been doing that alot today. Jay V looking at me intensely grabbed my arms and pulled

me in. KISSING ME!
