Chapter 27

Diamonds lips were soft and her kiss made my heart stop. I pulled away and looked down at her I'm confusion.
"You don't want to kiss me ?" She pouted
"Of course, but what happened"
"I don't want to talk about it" she replied
"Your moms upstairs" I told her as she brought me down for another kiss, this time is was filled with passion, she pressed up against me and I grabbed her ass. We broke free when we heard footsteps upstairs. We walked back to the couch and sat down, we tried to act as normal as possible as her mom walked down the stairs.

After dinner she walked me to my car we sat inside for a second. She ran her hands through her hair and I pulled her onto my lap.
"What happened ?" I guessed this was the best time to ask
"He cheated on me" she sat back on the stirring wheel
"It's over" she shrugged, I noticed she wasn't wearing her ring, i touched were it used to be.
I looked up to her and kissed her bottom lip , she smiled on my lips.
I kept kissing until it was a full make out, I slipped my tongue In her mouth and she stopped.
"What's wrong ?"
"I..... I don't think this is right, I still love August and you two are friends" she began to say I kissed her again, I whispered into her lips
"What's that suppose to mean ?"
"I need time" she gave me one last kiss and then got out the car and walked into the house.

I texted her as I pulled in my driveway
Aaron 🙈🌟😄; You can have as much time as you need, I'll be here baby
I went into the house, took a shower and changed, my phone vibrated
Diamond 👑🌟💕; Thank you
Then I drifted off to sleep.

August POV

*knock knock knock*

I really wasn't in the mood, I swung open my door. Diamond was standing there, in the rain, she was soaked. I moved out the doorway and she walked in and sat on the couch.

I sat next to her, after a second she looked up at me and then put her head on my shoulder. Then she started to cry silently, I pulled her onto my lap.

"Baby I'm so sorry" I hugged her tight
"No im sorry" she shook her head
"When I went home, I was emotional and I was sad and I need to be comforted " she began
"And Aaron was there and we kissed, a few times, even though we aren't together I feel so guilty for playing with his emotions and for stooping to your level" she pulled away but I held her close
"I understand" I stroked her hair, she pulled back and wiped her tears
"So I've came to the conclusion that I won't be with either of you" she shocked me
"But I love you" I stared at her for a few seconds
"I love you too, but my feelings are driving me crazy and I need to get away" she finally spoke
"What.. Where are you going ?" I felt as if my heart was about to rip through my chest
"I'm thinking about going to finish school with my grandmother, in Miami" she started to wipe her tears, I grabbed her and held her close
"Baby please don't leave me" I begged her holding on
"August, you had sex with someone else while I was feel guilty about how I FEEL. How am I suppose to sit here and just take that ? Just forgive you because you ask me to ? Wrong, I was willing to give you everything" she raised her voice a little and lifted my chin to make me look at her.
"I love you but I think we both have some thinking to do so what I need to do for us is go away" she finished then gave me a tender kiss as she got off my lap.
I watched as she walked out the door and closed it.

*next day*

I walked down the stairs and my mom was in her church clothes.
"Hey sweetie" she greeted me as she took off her purse and placed it on the counter
"Can we talk ?" I asked as I sat down and motioned at the chair across from me
"I think I should go with grandma for a couple of months maybe till may so I can graduate here but I just need some time" I explained to her
"Just till may ?" She asked me with a concerned look on her face
"May" I nodded eagerly
"Well I would have to call grandma and ask her but I'm sure she'd be thrilled to have you sweetheart" my mom held my hand
"I'm going to miss you sweetheart" she smiled at me then picked up her purse
"I love you mom" I smiled then ran to my room to start packing

After about a hour my mom knocked on my door.
"I haven't been in here in awhile" she grazed her hands over a few things and smiled
"Wassup mom ?" I asked her as I folded up some of my clothes stuffing them in my suitcase.
" Grandma said she would love the help and having you around, I could get you a flight for Friday, is that enough time for you ?" She informed me picking up a picture of August, Aaron, Jessica and I.
"Yeah that's cool, thank you" I smiled as she put the picture down and gave me a smile

Now all I have to do is officially announce my departure ✈️

Okay this seemed like a good time to update but this was a big chapter and there will be a few chapters left before the sequel. But only one more big chapter which will be the finale.
I just got Augusts EP so I am turnt up 😍👯. The finale will probably be on Friday or Saturday night for "Love Hate Thing" and then maybe the start of "forever" on Monday.
