Klaus's POV

I went back home and decided that was time to take my siblings from the coffins, after that, I introduced them to Stefan and Caroline and of course Kol flirted with her but I made him see that she was not for him and if he tried to get too friendly with her, he would end up in the coffin but wouldn't get out of there again.

After having a family breakfast, I went to see my first hybrid and tested the sire bond and it worked perfectly.

Finally I am feeling that things are working really well for me so I made the decision of going from town to town to find more hybrids and after I make my army, I'll go to New Orleans and get back the throne that is mine for right.

Once I got home I told them my plan of making more hybrids and create a army but my siblings didn't react like I thought they would, they didn't seem very supportive. After I told them my idea and see their faces, Caroline took me to my office where was a privacy spell, like there are in every room.

"Nik, why don't you give them time? Elijah, Kol and Finn just get out of their coffins and Rebekah is finally feeling like she is in a safe place, even though we have enemies here, she can handle them. Mikael is sleeping in his freaking coffin again, they just want some peace. Can't you wait a little longer to create those hybrids?" Caroline asked me.

"No. You know me, you know everything that I have been through and I waited already too long for these hybrids. Why can't they understand me? Why can't you all see that this is important to me?" I asked her, because I was tired of waiting and I needed my hybrids to not be alone ever again.

"I know that this is important to you, but your siblings are trying to just have peace, once in their lifetime. They just want a home." Caroline said.

"Are you saying that I'm the one that is in their way of being in peace?" I asked now hurt because I didn't expect her to think that of me.

"No, of course not. You are always protecting them, I know that better than anyone else. But... you know what? Screw it! They don't want to go, but I'm not letting you go alone. I'm going with you and it will be you and me having fun and creating some hybrids." Caroline said with a smile, making me smirk.

"Are you sure about that?"

"Of course. And it's been a long time since the 2 of us don't have any fun. Lately it's been worrying about the sacrifice and before that was finding where was the doppelgänger and before that was convincing a witch to make Mikael stay in that coffin sleeping... we deserve some fun time." She said with a smile.

"Alright, tomorrow we get on the road." I said with a big smirk.
