Chapter 5 : The Truth Shall Set You Free

Riley's P.O.V-

Snap chatting with Michael now. Didn't get to tell him what I said in those six different languages, but I think now the time to tell him. "Mike. I think I have to tell you something. But cross your heart that you wont react to it okay." I said as I placed my phone down so I could look at him through the phone. Since were video chatting.

"Cross My Heart Princess." He said making me smile and build my confidence.

"I wanna translate to you about what I said just now in the six different languages." I said, gulping.

"Okay. Go on." He said smiling. [GIF ON THE RIGHT. HE'S SO ADORABLE!!]

"the truth is, i loved you since the first day i saw you, but i tried getting over it by dating luke, i hope you dont hate me after i tell you this, i love you forever and will never let you go." I said as tears streamed down my face.

"Aww. Riley. Why didn't you tell me?" He asked.

"You were the person I never wanna lose. I dated Luke because I wanna get over it and I don't want anything to happen to our friendship. Because our relationship may spoil our friendship. I really don't want that. Really." I explained sincerely.

"Riley. Go and sleep!!" Beau said knocking on the door.

"Uh- Alright Beau. Give me five minutes!!" I replied. "We'll be meeting tomorrow right?" I asked Michael.

"Yeah. Want me to pick you up?" He asked.

"I'm good actually. We'll just meet at the studio. I have to record an single anyways."  I said and yawned. "I love you Mikey.." I said as I rubbed my eyes like a three year old.

"I love you more than you ever think." He smiled and kissed the camera. And then ending the phone call. I went out of my room and took a peek in my brothers room. Hearing their conversation.

"So Riley and Mike are cute don't you thing Beau?" Jai said as he scrolled down his phone.

"Yeah. But i'm afraid their relationship will affect their friendship." Beau replied.

"Well, we know you don't want her broken hearted and sad again. But-" Luke said and then looking at the door.

"Oh Shit." I mumbled and scrambled into my room pretending to sleep. Leaving a tape recorder under the mat.

Next Morning, my body was aching. Very painfully aching. I went downstairs and found Ashton and Michael. "Morning Baby Sis.." Beau said hugging me.

"Morning Beau." I smiled and scratched my head. "So. What bring you here Mikey?" I asked my boyfriend that was drinking a sip of tea.

"Your brothers.." He smiled as I turned and looked at them confused.

"Anyways, Riley, Why is there a tape recorder under the mat?"  Jai asked taking it out from his pocket.

"Fuck you Jai." I said as I took it and stormed upstairs.

Since I was in my room, still stinky because I was just too lazy to shower. I decided to jam on my guitar and practice before going for the recordings. I wrote this song about Luke. Because I don't know what do about him. Plus point, this song was written a long time ago. I'm just sharing this song.
