Your breath wraps around my throat and strangles the life out of me,
then I'm left gasping for air, drowning in your eyes.
You've taken the air around me with a click of your fingers,
with a snap so loud it's all I can hear.
I can't breathe, all the oxygen in the world is between your lips,
But you only put them on mine when I'm almost consumed by my worst fear.
