Cries
Screams
You expect the noise but it doesn't come
Soundless
It seems
Because you know it's there, you know what it's from
Explosion
Begun
Fire burning bright, you can feel the heat
Manic
Panic
And you try to run but obtain stone feet
Sudden
Terror
Here the feelings come, building deep inside
Fears
Dreams
Suddenly one in the same, they coincide
Another
Lie
Just another nightmare gripping tight
Flash
Back
To painful memories you have to fight

This was written earlier in September linked to 9/11, but really it's a description of shell-shock; anyone who's witnessed or experienced something like that, been in war.. Forever afterwards some of them are haunted by the memories, flash backs of the scariest moments of their lives.

PoetrySome of my poems. I can't say if they're 'dark' or 'light' if you know what I mean, because there is a mixture.. But I must warn you; I mainly right poetry when I'm a leetle depressed... So you have been warned.. :L
