For those who are confused about the "nightmare-bea-blood-look-a-like" thingy, this shall hopefully explain.
This is a canon fact, meaning I didn't create it. Nightmare is the reason Blood looks like Alice's ex boyfriend. If he wanted, Nightmare could make any of the Heart Residents look like someone Alice or Alex know. In the story (Heart No Kuni No Alex) Nightmare said to Alex that he could put Beatrix's face onto a Heart Resident, and he might, hence why Alex is so angry/annoyed with him.
