May we meet again (a Bellarke fan fiction)

Chapter 10

Clarkes POV:

I went home and showered and when I came out of the shower I had a missed call and a text from Bellamy, he didn't leave a voicemail so I went to my messages and read the text, it said

"Clarke keep your eyes open Finn just called me "

I froze as a thousand thoughts ran through my head but one stood out the most. I had to see Bellamy now but my mom is downstairs watching TV and she won't let me leave the house and the incident with the party didn't help. So after a few minutes of debating what to do I decided I would just sneak out the window, I climbed down the tree by the house and I ran over to Bellamy's house.

I tried to open the door but it was locked so I climbed up the tree by his window and tried to open the window. It was locked so I banged on it, it took awhile but he finally came over and opened the curtain as soon as he saw me he dropped his jaw. I smiled and yelled
"CAN YOU OPEN THE WINDOW?"
I think he heard me because he immediately opened the window and pulled me in. I started to talk but before I could say a word he kissed me. My entire body immediately felt so warm and safe and I loved it, I kissed him back and pulled him closer before I remembered why I was here. I wish he hadn't kissed me though because it only made what I was about to say so much harder. I pulled away slowly and he immediately started talking
"Oh my god I'm so happy to see you I was scared when you didn't answer my call" he was really worried and I thought that it was so cute how the rebel dude can get so worried just because his girlfriend doesn't answer his call. But theres no time for those thoughts. I smiled slightly but didn't say anything about how cute that was, I start talking again
"So, Finn called you, what did he say?" Bellamy answered as fast as he could
"He said that he was going to kill me and that you were his"
"and what did you say back?" I asked
"I didn't say anything I just got a new phone because I threw the older one and broke it so I didn't want to do the same with this one so I hung up" oh this was bad Finn doesn't like not getting his way so I was trying to think about what I'm supposed to do. I then realize it, I almost start crying right then and there but I realized I had to stay strong or he won't listen, before I tell him what we need to do I ask him a question
"Why did you throw your old phone?" I shouldn't have but I wanted to wait as long as I could before I had to see him break and I was curious so I couldn't stop myself.
He blushed and scratched the back of his neck as he whispered quietly but still loud enough that i could hear
"You" I was confused, why would I make him throw his phone?
"What?" I asked and you could tell the confusion in my voice. He laughed and said
"It's not that crazy, when I was pushing you away it was the hardest thing I had ever done and when you texted me after I told you to go away I kinda threw my phone across the room" he blushed a little bit more. I smiled slightly because it showed how much he really cared about me, when he was pushing me away it was so hard for him he threw his phone across the room. I grabbed his neck and pulled him closer, I knew I shouldn't have been kissing him but I couldn't help myself from giving him one last kiss.

Bellamy's POV:

Clarke kissed me and oh my god it was the best kiss we have ever had she closed the gap between us and I wrapped my arms around her waist, I felt slightly light headed, it was that amazing. Her hands were around my neck, it was so long and perfect it scared me. It was almost like she was trying to make it so amazing, like she was planning on never kissing me again. She pulled away and I was afraid to hear what she was gonna say so I pulled her back in, she kissed me back and I was so happy about that.

Our lips moved in sync and finally I traced my tongue along her bottom lip and that's when she let out a groan as she pulled her head back and I just sat down knowing what she was gonna do. God I hoped I was wrong.

I knew she cared for me so I knew she would do anything even dumb shit to protect me, she started to talk but I shushed her with my finger and started talking
"No I'm not letting you leave, we will get through this" she started crying and said only one word that I really did not want to hear
"Goodbye" she climbed back out of the window. I fell onto my bed and once she left I felt one single tear and then many more after roll down my face. I couldn't stop crying, she was my soul mate, I couldn't believe she had just left me. She just walked straight out the door and left me. I fell asleep crying.
