Entrance

Arwa said "Niall? would you like to go first?"

Niall blinked at her, how did she know his name?

Arwa just smiled secretivly at him and the pain in her or grief seemed to dissapear and her eyes where no longer as bright.

Niall gulped as he was about to walk forward, when Liam suddenly grabbed hold of his wrist then when Niall turned around, liam gave an awkward clear of his throat and let go of his wrist and said "Um...dont die yeah?"

Niall gave him a smile but didnt respond, Louis looked at his two freinds then with a huff "Oh for gods sake!" Louis went over to Niall and gave him a huge hug that sqeezed Nialls lungs together, "Louis!" Niall gasped out.

Louis let him go then said "See you on the other side mate" Niall returned with a grin of his own as he said "Do you mean on my way to meet Zayns father or on the other side of this Maze?"

Louis shrugged "Which eaither one you prefer"

Louis smile wavered but didn't fall, Everyone knew Louis was still trying to be positive but it felt like waisted energy, no one smiled at Louis jokes.

Zayn snorted "You go and see my father and I'll bring you back to life and kill you all over again got it?!"

Niall held out his hands in surrender as he said smiling slightly "Sure, sure"

He said goodbye with everybody else as Arwa said "Its time"

Niall nodded and couldnt hold back the shudder of fear as he made his way to the small tunnel opening with one glance back at everyone, they gave him all engouring smiles, he entered the maze of tests.

It looked lika a black tunnel

Niall jumped as a sudden huge bolder fell onto the entrance...he was trapped inside, there was only one way out.

Arwa suddenly appeared in front of him saying "Before you go on I will give you a riddle that may help you" She said factorly.

Before Niall could not Arwa started the riddle in a haunting voice

"Danger lies before you .There are lots of treasures for you to pursue. But Beware. You may find more than you bargened for there. Grab the green jewels. Not the blue. Follow the rules  

And stay true. That is all I can offer you"

Arwa said "Follow the path, so long hero"

She then vanished into thin air leaving Niall scared and very much alone.

Louis Pov

After us all waiting nerversly for a few minutes Ruby appeared near us.

"Is he alright?" Harry asked hurredly.

Arwa said "So far...who's next?"

"I'll be next" I then shut my mouth...did I just say that? I didn't mean to say it!

Everyone was looking at me...fuck!

Why can I never keep my mouth shut?

I mean come on! Why me?

Harry hugged me "Good luck mate" he said smiling sadly up at me.

I nodded numbly, I felt numb, like my emotions had switched of.

Zayn, Liam said there goodbyes to me, they looked so worried for me, I felt a lump form in my throat, I had the urge to tell them i'd be fine, dont worry, and yet what would be the point in telling them a lie?

They'd see right through it.

I hated not knowing if I'd be alright or not.

Father help me, I pleaded looking in the direction of where the sky should be, instead rock and wall stood there, I was in hades realm, Zeus couldn't hear my prayers and that made me feel even more empty and alone.
