crawling up my back they are
memories of the past
I can't seem to escape their spidery legs
they grip
onto my skin
sending shivers up my spine
how do you get rid of
something you hate to recall
how do you forget
something you see everywhere.
why do we all
go through the same things
why can't we stop
each other from being hurt and
accept protection.
everyone leaves,
even those you thought loved you most
so why do we keep falling
if we know we'll always get hurt
A/N: whooo two poems two days in a row! anyways it's a metaphor and I only thought of it cuz my brother pointed out a spider on our wall and I screamed and then I felt like writing a poem so this is how it turned out lol
