CHAPTER 12 ~~TYLER~~

The werewolf had to complete his transition by drinking Hayley's blood, I took a small blade from the table moving towards Hayley. I cut the one hand free taking her arm into my hand and making a small slit on her palm exposing the blood, the werewolf in transition could smell it and it made his mouth drool. I took the werewolf into my grip pushing him in front of me dropping him to his knees as he was hovering over Hayley who was scared.

"Drink some of her blood or you will die." I commanded the werewolf lashed his arm at her taking her wrist into his hands and placed his lips on the cut. She tried to break his grip while the werewolf sipped the blood, I grabbed his shoulder pulling him from her so he wouldn't kill her. He collapsed grabbing his head like I did when I was transitioning into a hybrid, after a few more seizure like spazzes he looked up at me. I saw his golden eyes of a werewolf and veins creeping up his eyes like a vampire showing me it worked. "It worked..." I heard a snap of the binds that held Hayley's other hand to the old stove she jammed a shard of glass into my pelvis area. She tried to run past me when I grabbed her arm to stop her from escaping me.

"Let go of me!" Hayley screeched when the werewolf I turned into a hybrid grabbed my arm snapping it in his grip causing me to let go of Hayley's arm. She rushed out of the room still looking at me from the doorway, I popped my arm back to heal and looked up at the hybrid who blocked me from Hayley.

"Of course a sire bond..." I whispered the new hybrid charged at me where I dodged his swing plunging my hand into the new hybrid's chest gripping his pumping heart into his hand and pulled his heart free from his body. The new hybrid dessicated collapsing to the floor dead, I dropped the heart from my grasp turning to see Hayley behind me. She took off running in one direction, I pulled the glass from my pelvis so it could heal before taking my stake I had placing it into my back pocket and headed after her. I tracked her scent towards a campsite area, there were a few tents with cloth hanging over them, she must been hiding in one of them. "Hayley!!!!" I pulled the first cloth off the first tent seeing it was empty, I moved to the next and repeated the same process to that tent. I continued to rip the tents seeing they were all empty and I heard rushing footsteps in the woods area behind me. Hayley's scent rushed through my nose, I smirked knowing I had her now as I used my hybrid speed into the woods area after her scent. I avoided roots and oncoming trees as her scent got stronger and stronger which meant I was very close to her. I stopped in the middle of a clearing in the woods where the scent was the strongest but there was no sign of Hayley anywhere near here. I heard a woosh behind me with an unfamiliar scent hitting my nose but it faded quickly. I scanned every inch of the woods around me spinning in all directions to make sure she wasn't hiding behind a tree that I may have not noticed.

"Well hello Tyler..." a british accented voice answered my body tensed up turning slowly towards the direction of the voice and I saw Klaus Mikaelson with his arms behind his back and giving me an evil smile.

"How did you find me?" I hissed he chuckled shaking his head almost like I thought that he was stupid not to figure out where I was.

"Threatening a pregnant girl in order to exact revenge against me and letting young Leah get hurt, I never expected you to sink so low." Klaus started as he began to walk towards me and my entire body moved away from him. "I'll admit I'm impressed."

"I used to hang out with you I guess something must've rubbed off." I smirked Klaus gave a small grin as I moved past and away from him.

"What do you think Leah would say? Or perhaps Caroline if they both knew what you have become?" Klaus asked I tightened my grip on one hand and used the other to prepare myself to grab the stake in my back pocket.

"Leah is dead thanks to you. And whatever happens to me, Caroline is never going to stop hating you." I answered he squinted his eyes by my words before moving closer to back slap me in my face and I flew back colliding into the nearby tree.

"Come on mate, put your back into it. I want to enjoy myself." he smiled I paced back and forth before using my hybrid speed to disappear from his view. "Is this your idea of revenge Tyler? A grooling game of hide and seek?" Before he could speak again I jammed the wood stake I had with me into his chest from behind him pushing it deep within. He broke my grasp back slapping me again and I flew backwards to the grass area with him facing me from a distance. I stood back up watching Klaus pull the stake from her chest free from his body, I knew that wouldn't kill him but it would weaken him a bit. He tossed the stake to the floor next to him while his hybrid eyes began to reveal themselves to me and I revealed mine to him, it was game on and I charged at him and he to me.
