I asked the sad pup his name and he said that his name is Chase.
Here's the Conversation between Chase and Sargent
Sargent: Can I help you find Skye?
Chase: Do you work for whoever toke Skye?
Sargent: No, I work for Adventure Bay army.
Chase: Ok, Yes you can help me.
Sargent: Do you know who toke Skye?
Chase: Not really, but I think I know who but I am not sure.
Sargent: Who do you think that have her?
Chase: I think that mayor humdinger have her and I have a note from him.
Sargent: Can I take a look at the note?
Chase: Sure you can.

After Chase gave me the note I took a look at it. When I was done reading it I looked around just to make sure that we are not being watched.
Chase POV
After Sargent was done reading the note that I gave him he took a look around. I asked him why is he looking around for and he answered that he was making sure that we are not being watched. After he was done looking around we went looking for Skye.
