The next few days passed in a blur. The twins decided to keep the shop closed and only do mail in orders from since then. Y/n couldn't help but feel sorry for them, they loved running the shop and she could feel a different atmosphere around the flat and the shop.

The radio in the kitchen played the secret station about the golden trio and any important updates among the wizarding world. Luckily the list of disappearances never included any of their family or friends.

The days morphed and the full moon was among them. Y/n could feel herself growing more agitated and restless as the time slowly ticked by. She was glad that the sun was setting later because of the summer months, she would spend less time as a werewolf, and less time for the twins to worry.

"We have everything sorted," Fred said as he walked down the corridor, a fully replenished first aid kit in his hand. "Are we ready to go?"

"I am." George added, walking down the corridor behind him.

"I'm never really ready, who can really be ready for something like that?" Y/n asked, cocking an eyebrow.

"You know we'll look after you," Fred smiled, pulling her into a hug.

"We promise." Added George. "We didn't become animagi two years ago because we wanted to have fun."

"We did it because we wanted to make your transformations more bareable. Once we finally found out." Fred whispered.

"I can't believe you were oblivious for over 5 years," Y/n muttered, "But I trust you both."

"Now come on, we should probably head down before anything happens." Fred suggested.

The three of them walked down to the back room and Y/n locked the doors. The sky outside darkened and the light of the moon was appearing. Fred and George turned themselves into foxes and sat patiently waiting.

When Y/n got the tingling feeling across the body, she took off her clothes and hid them with the first aid supplies. The twins turned around and faced the wall to give her some privacy.

The tingling increased and the pain was starting to progress. She sat down on the floor because she felt her legs would give in from the pain. It started burning through her veins, like lava coursing through her body. She tried not to scream from the pain and instead opted to hiss for as long as she could.

But she could feel the wolf inside her started to come out, it's like it was scratching at the inside of her skin wanting to rip out of her. The pain was becoming so unbearable she couldn't help but scream. She could both see and hear her limbs lengthening, like her bones were being stretched and pulled.

There was a terrible snarling noise that came from both Y/n's transformation and the room's old walls and floors. Her head was lengthening and forming into a snout and her ears began to stick up. Her eyes dilated and became slightly wider. So was her body. Her shoulders were hunching. Hair was sprouting visibly on her face and hands, which were curling into clawed paws. The werewolf form of Y/n reared, before releasing a loud and painful howl.

The wolf smelled the air around it. She could smell the familiar scent of her friends, the foxes. She found them in the corner of the room, clawing at each other playfully. The faced the wolf and they encouraged the wolf to run around. The wolf ran over to the door and tried to scratch at it to escape free and then ran to the window to try the same.

The splintered wood stick out from the window frame and the door frame. The sharp wood cut into her skin, leaving long streaks down her arm. The rich smell of iron made the wolf scratch her arm, which only made it bleed more.
